The people with whom I've had face-to-face interactions at the Brookings location deserve five stars. They are friendly, polite, and very usefully helpful. Reaching anyone there by phone, however, is a miserable chore. Calling my personal banker's number (a local, 541-area-code number) gets me connected to what seems a corporate number with endless menus to navigate. Calling the number listed on your web page (an 877-area-code number, not local) gets me connected to a person in the bank, in the Brookings location, who can connect me to my personal banker, but this person says the number I called is not what I should have called, and she offered a third number. This situation is made worse if my personal banker is busy. Will somebody please get the phone numbers listed correctly on your web page?! The kind of telephone complicatedness I experience when I call would be improved--honest!--by reverting to the human "operator" and Party Line of the 1950s! Endless menus are bad for people who have entrusted their savings to Chase. It's a 40-minute drive for me to reach Brookings, so unfortunately, I need to use the phone most of the time. Nevertheless, as I said above, the human beings physically present at the bank are excellent.

So amazingly bad its not funny. I made an Appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to setup a new Trust Account. I sent all the info needed as they requested. I arrived on time for my 1 PM appointment at Chase bank in Brookings Oregon. Only to discover they had not prepared the paperwork and they had made an Error on one of the forms that required me to get a new EIN.As I drove 30 miles to get to Chase bank from my home I told the person that was helping me That I would on the spot get a new EIN as to the Banks new Specifications that they did not catch 2 weeks ago. The Bank Employee told me she had to go pick up her kid and I should come back next week some time. !!! WTF !!She had other appointments now and did not care that she had wasted my time and my husband's time. Her life was more important and the Customers after me should not have to wait just because the Bank Made an Error!. So I was expected to leave and come back another time!. After having already taken care to send them all the info they needed 2 weeks ago. Chase Bank Clearly has no clue how to deal with a Trust Account or customers.IF you are a person in need of a bank that cares about people and how to treat them and their time do not go to Chase. This Branch in Brookings Oregon is a joke and the employees all need to be Retrained or let go at best. Or Simply close this branch down.,I will be removing my Business Accounts From Chase as this treatment I had to endure was beyond rude and borders on criminal .They have no regard for the personal Data and in fact did not even know they had the Data they had requested. But the finale straw was the only person in the Branch that could open a new Trust account had to leave during our appointment and told me to my face that her needs were more important than the customer.. Stay Far Away from Chase Bank in Brookings Oregon. Even After you make an Appointment and provide them all the documentation they need they will still waste your time and send you away empty handed due to their incompetence. !

I once had a chase bank account when Washington Mutual was destroyed by to big to fail. Washington Mutual was a great bank. Chase is the worst bank I've ever encountered. I don't think i made it 2 weeks. Garbage.Unfortunately, the Amazon prime card is administered by chase. Going forward, If I'm forced into using this bank in order to get 5 percent back on my purchases it might be time to rethink doing business with Amazon and their association with this Garbage company.

FEES. Don't go below 1500 unless you have direct deposit no matter HOW many years you have banked there. I love being charged so they can hold MY money. That's TERRIBLE they needed so many forms of ID just so you could take out a couple grand! And how dare they ask you what you were going to do with it. This bank is getting weird.

We were in a dire situation when we lost our bag with our wallets while hiking and run out of any cash we had before new cards arrived.We had our documents in digital forms and other things to authenticate us to our account.We are grateful to have had such an understanding banker, Debbie, to guide us thru the difficult situation we were in.Thank you!

My boyfriend set up an account here and it's been nothing but a disaster!! If you need phone help plan on speaking with a non American you will struggle to understand. The wait time was more than 8 minutes for any phone support. if you want personal service RUN AWAY from this bank. It sucks in so many ways.

Showed them 2 forms of ID, my drivers license, a Chase credit card and provided a couple signatures. Still didn't want to give me my money from a savings account. Said they couldn't verify my identity. Gave them a third signature and was asked what I planned on using the money for! It's a couple thousand dollars of my money, what's it matter how I plan on spending it. Finally, after a huge hassle they processed my withdraw. Done banking with Chase. Shouldn't be like pulling teeth to get YOUR money back.
