This day we didn't have to wait in line. The service was ok. The gentleman that helped us wasn't as friendly as some of the other workers.

One full-service island is not enough in a town of seniors, especially with as confusing as the point system is. It either needs an easier system or more islands to help the elderly.

Just picked up some cigarettes here. Over all staff was generous and appeared to be busy helping others. Self and full service gas station.

Best gas prices around but a few of the staff are not very helpful. I pulled in to the attendant line only to be told the hoses were not long enough to go to the opposite side of my truck. I laughed because they'd fueled this way in the past. I drove through and went to self-service and did it myself.

They offer self service and assisted service. One of the lower priced gas stations in Brookings.

Great deal with no sales tax makes the trip from California worth it. 2 stories of shopping goodness that reminds me of most big box discount stores

Pulled into Fred Meyer in Brookings for some diesel, pulling my 5th wheel trailer. Pulled up to the outside pump as always, but that pump was u/s. continued around to the other outside pump, and pulled up next to it, ready to fuel. Was approached by a staff member from the station who informed me that I could not fuel up there - because the arrow on the pavement - pointed the other direction! I explained that the first pump was u/s, and that if I pulled in the 'correct' way, the hose would not reach! He clearly had no clue about customer service. Even though I was directly beside the correct pump, ready for a substantial purchase, he was adamant that Fred Meyer did not want my business! I left and went to Chevron, where they apparently appreciate their customers.

Just real bad gas for my rig, compared to others it's like there premium runs like regular.
