I want to love Fred Meyer in Brookings, but the young lady at customer service missed the mark this morning. I asked three departments to help procure warm food (or borrow the microwave) after our power went out. The products are fine, but the lack of compassion and communication was frustrating. I hope they improve and follow-up — this could easily be a five-star experience. 😞 #BeKind #AreYouHelpingOrHurting

My pharmacy experience was rated as 5 stars due to Jennifer! It was extremely busy and other representatives were less accommodating. My wife and I were told to step aside and wait while it appeared we were forgotten. Jennifer was extremely personable and took initiative to check in, even though we had been previously working with others. Had she not gone above and beyond, I think I would have retired there and Fred Meyers would have received a 0 star.

Needed to grab an anniversary gift for my better half; while exiting the Fred Meyer for groceries, a smiling young lady behind the jewelry counter helped me pick out a beautiful & reasonably priced ring! Thanks again Heather for your professionalism and great taste, my wife loved my anniversary gift!

Just about everything a person would want, from groceries to bike stuff and beyond. Floor personnel a bit lacking and the absence of a app to locate items. Seems to be a popular place with the crowds. Prices seem (according to my other half) normal with some cases too expensive while some good deals can be found. Cheers!

We were looking for a SPS media remote which they had and a great sale on a popular game. Barney helped us and was a pleasure to work with. We only went to that dept as it was a run in and out but it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Barney!
