Good selection and great price. Clothes are well organized. Great selection in jewelry. Lots and lots of books to choose from.

A little on the costly side.I really did not want to pay department store prices when coming to a second-hand store for clothing that don't give back to the community like the other second-hand stores do

Good-Will Inc. is a privately national owned company!!! Prices on most things are way to high!!! Very little of Good-Will revenue goes to the local community, except for the personal wages!! I encourage people to support local thrift stores before shopping at Good-Will Inc... ps: case in point, bought 4 items at a local thrift shop for $1. to $3. Good-Will wanted $6.99 each for the same ideas!!! I left them there!!

Do not waste your time they refuse to let you try things on then refuse to accept returns even after only a few minutes after purchase. Good will more like greedy will.

Goodwill store in Brookings is a good place to find treasures, but you have to be willing to take your time to go through things thoroughly because stuff can be really crammed in there. Yesterday I found several items that were brand new!

As with any Goodwill outlet, the stock-in is free, but the stock-out is over priced. A perfect business model. It use to be that higher end clothing manufacturers would clip out their label before donating to thrift outlets. That doesn’t seem to hold true in all locations because Goodwill employees will up-the-price on items they deem as name-brand instead of giving a fair price.I no longer shop for clothing items at Goodwill. I shop for things I can reuse and then throw away or return to Goodwill when I no longer use it.

Some of the prices are a bit high for everything being donated… but I am having fun putting together an eclectic set of mixed tumblers.

This particular GW is the cleanest one I've seen. Their prices are still high on certain items, but some things were priced reasonably. They make a point to straighten racks regularly. Some racks were overstuffed making it hard to sift through though. If GW would lower their prices by half in some cases, their racks wouldn't be so overstuffed.

I LOVE this Goodwill and we always make several trips here whenever we're in Brookings. The selection and prices are great, but it's the friendly people who work here than I really love - a shout out to Mandy and Rae who were especially friendly at my last visit. Keep up the good work!
