Went in for tire rotation and needed tow hitch adjusted. They did both for me and there was no charge. I will continue to patronize Les Schwab for all my tire, brake and battery work.

We love Les Schwab, we've been a customer for years in Idaho. A recent trip on the coast to this location was noteworthy because they not only managed to replace all four of my father-in-law's tires short notice due to a flat, but also fixed a nail that we had in our tire and got us all back on the road. Thank you!

This place was beyond our expectations! We are 3,000 miles from home! Play noticed we had a nail in our tire and thought we should have it fixed before heading out on the road.
This tire center repaired our tire, replaced the valve stem on another tire, I did not even charge us for the repair! We were beyond shocked at their customer service!
We will surely remember this place and recommend them to any in the area!
We were traveling in a truck and towing a small trailer back home to Indiana...we feeluch safer back on the road now!

We had brake problems in mid August and were able to make it to the Brooking Les Schwab right before they closed on Saturday. We were amazed that the team (Kyle and Todd) stayed to make sure our brakes were fixed and did an excellent job. The experience was great and we were very impressed with the team and their kindness working overtime to help us!

We needed 4 new tires plus the spare for our camper. They had the job done in just over an hour! Very happy about that as we needed to get back on the road.

This team is AWESOME! Very honest and exceptional customer service!
I was in town for vacation and I woke up to a dead battery in my vehicle. I called at 7:45 and Colby said they would fit me right in. I was there before 8 and Michael checked out the vehicle.
Colby let me know that it would be ~$270 to install the new battery, which was cheaper than just the battery at O'Reilly's... Michael came out at 8:05 to let me know I must of had a random draw because the battery was still reading good on the tester. He didn't want to charge me for a battery I didn't need. Great customer service, and focus the the customer's needs!
Thanks Michael and Colby, it really helped my family on the last day of our vacation!!!

I never worry about my truck's care because I know Les Scwab is there to provide whatever service I need when it comes to batteries, alignment, brakes, tires, rotation and wiper blades.

Diego and Cody were amazing! We were on vacation with a rental car and got a flat tire. Cody worked with the rental company to get us a whole new set of tires free of our expense! Diego kept us informed throughout the process and had the tires installed in a swift amount of time! We were back vacationing with even better tires making the stop all worth while. Thanks guys!

I was so impressed with Cody and Lisa at Les Schwab. I went in with so many questions and they helped me with every single one. They were kind and took the time to reassure me and made me feel. I didn't feel rushed and I felt valued as a customer. I will only take my vehicles to Les Schwab from now on. Thank you Cody and Lisa for being so wonderful!

As always, they will try to say that the sidewall of the tire is damaged and will try to sell a new set. Pretty scam my.
