“This place is the best for getting the right animal to the proper new owner. In April of 2021 my late husband and I walked in and and asked to see every dog under 25 lbs. ( I'm severely disabled and needs a younger service dog as mine was in need of retirement) I was shown a broken down dog through the window of the office and immediately thought NO! I was asked to at least meet the dog because my late husband was so excited because it was a dear Chihuahua and that's his jam and all I could think of was house pooping peeing Chihuahua! ( I rescued for almost 40 years and had zero desire to bring a Chihuahua home) The time was taken to explain to me that this has the name Chihuahua but it's not actually a Chihuahua. It's a different breed. A deer Chihuahua. They're not registered with the regular Chihuahuas because they are not the same breed. I then proceeded to see 15 other dogs all while the first dog was left in the room with us as the others were taken in and out and by the end of it guess who we went home with? Yes th yes damn Chihuahua! To my unbelievingness that Chihuahuas were not all the same. I was swiftly shown that they are. I also quickly realized how severely beaten this poor little animal had been. She showed us nothing but love and affection and wanted our attention and would let us see the other dogs but made sure she came between us and would give us affection trying to tell us that she chose us. Please take her home and I'm so thankful we did. Most of her teeth were broken and her jaw was broken from being kicked. Most of her ribs were broken and there was a severe rib fracture present at the time we adopted her. In September of 2021, the humane society removed her broken teeth and anything that might cause an abscess in her older years because I had delicate her jaw was. They went above and beyond with this little dog that only weighed 3 lb at the time because that's all the weight we were able to get on to her in 5 months. The medication for her pain was cut precisely by weight by these amazing individuals and I had to use tweezers to pick up the little tiny piece to put it in a treat for her to swallow. They went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the care of this dog was at 100%. I worked with a lot of agencies and rescues humane societies dog pounds and my almost 40 years and I have never come across a staff and a crew that are as honed in on what is best for each individual animal as these people are. Fast forward 2026 my little Dobby has came so far, instead of rolling over in fear and peeing all over herself she rolls over and gladly gives me her belly for rubs and scratches. She absolutely loves every aspect of life and all people. She is 100% my fully trained and registered service animal and she has also helped other people out in public by alerting that other people were going to have seizures and in doing so I was able to help them and get them the help they needed. This little creature that was so broken down and abused has came full circle. She 100% loves life and has no recollection of what happened to her.💜💜💜”

“I have left four messages with this pet store to please contact me about the Medical well-being of the puppies in the store that were near the puppy. I have that was diagnosed with five viruses and kennel, cough and I need to try to make contact with them as soon as possible if anyone knows her can you please tell her to call Erica I have left my phone number on there. I bought two dogs at 3000 had to return one so she supposedly did a return for 3000 it still hasn’t hit my card so I went to my card to try to rectify the situation as you can see here. I then purchased the other dog for 1900 and you can also see here the vet bill and I have another vet bill for $87 and I have meds that I’m going to go get today This puppy has been on two antibiotics a probiotic and anti-diarrhea all since 48 hours after coaching seeing her on the 15th and she is still sick as of today The 24th I will come back with With an update, hoping this gets rectified in a proper business manner literally as I was making this review, I started receiving text from her. I will share with you with the end. Results are in the full story. I will do a full disclosure of everything we experienced. I do believe the pet shop owner is a very nice woman who will do the right thing.”
