“This is hands down, best darn storage place I have ever used and I have used a lot of them!! First off the manager that runs the place was the most helpful and patient person. He was busy with two customers ahead of me and helped me with questions while the other two were filling out paperwork, that is real customer service and that is so rare these days. The storage units are fantastic. I rented a 10x20 and a 10x25 and both were in excellent condition no dings in the walls floor was spotless and not a single sign of moisture any where. Even when I closed the vinyl roll up door no light showed any where around the doors, they seal up tight. I have the units almost filled and it’s been raining hard for three days and not a drop of water in either one of them. If you need storage ask for Mark he is ready to help.”
“Have rented from this place multiple times. Previous owners were great and I adored Olga! And the new owners are great too! The units are clean and super dry. Not easy to find in Brookings! Get one if you can!”

Not only did he assist me in providing exactly the storage space that I needed at a very fair price, but during my two years there, he was immediately responsive to my needs and requests.
That care followed through to my very last day there, as I ended up with a trash problem I couldn't solve upon moving out, but Jon stepped in to assist with that as well.
If I need a storage unit on the Southern Oregon Coast again, Pacific Coast Storage is the ONLY place that I will use.
