I needed some serious help with getting my phone activated. I tried several times getting help from Verizon's customer service. But, that got me nowhere fast. So, I went to the Verizon store in Brookings to see if they could help. Matthew came to my rescue! Matthew did what customer service could not do. If it wasn't for him, I would have had to drive 100 miles to Verizon corporate to get my phone fixed. Lesson learned: do NOT buy a phone online. In-store ONLY. Thank you, Matthew!! You are my hero!! 😁

Was having issues getting a new line thru the app, went in and Kaylyn helped my wife and I get sorted out without any issues. Got us approved and a brand new S25 Ultra for only $10 out the door. She was super helpful and continued to be helpful the following day when I was having issues getting my number ported. Highly recommend their service as well as specifically asking for her if you need help. Thank you Kaylyn and Verizon!

My husband and I went today to the brookings store...Kayla was the associate who helped us..she is phenomenal!!! We went in to check what was going on with an email we got from Verizon..she worked with us for over an hour and when we left she had gotten us a better plan and saved is some money...she's the first person in that store to ask if either of us was a veteran and we got that discount too..she has a great personality and knows her business...ask for her if you need assistance...thank you again Kaylyn..

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE. THIS STORE SCREWED UP MY CELL PHONE PLAN SO BAD VERIZON CORPORATE HAD NO IDEA HOW THEY PULLED THIS OFF. I AM GETTING 400$ MONTHLY BILLS FOR A SINGLE PHONE LINE. I WENT TO TURN IN MY OLD PHONE AND SWITCH FROM SPECTRUM TO VERIZON. AND SOMEHOW MY PHONE TRADE IN NEVER WENT THROUGH EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME IT WENT THROUGH IN THE STORE. SO I AM GETTING CHARGED FOR MY NEW PHONE AFTER I WAS TOLD I WOULDN'T HAVE TO BECAUSE OF MY TRADE IN. AND THEN THEY MAGICALLY ADDED 2 LINES TO MY ACCOUNT, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO DEVICE CONNECTED TO THOSE LINES I AM GETTING CHARGED STILL. SO VERIZON TOOK MY OLD PHONE WHICH THEY VALUED AT 800 DOLLARS AND I GOT ZERO CREDIT OR ANYTHING FOR IT, AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR A NEW PHONE DESPITE THE TRADE IN OFFER THEY WERE ADVERTISING AND ADDED 2 LINES I NEVER ASKED FOR AND I AM NOW IN DEBT TO VERIZON. I WENT IN TO ASK FOR HELP MULTIPLE TIMES AND I GOT TOLD BY AN EMPLOYEE IT ISNT THEIR PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY MY BILL AND GET HELP FOR THIS FOR OVER A YEAR. THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE VER HAD. SO FOR YOUR OWN GOOD STAY AWAY

Fred was very helpful and even the other person was adding info. They transferred the old iPad into the new and set it up for us. The people at the Brookings Oregon Verizon are very skilled. Thank you for having wonderful people to help make what could have been very confusing .
