We recently needed to return a Weber grill that fell outside of the normal return policy, and the team at Canby Ace Hardware went above and beyond to help us out. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. The manager and entire team worked together to accommodate our request, showing flexibility and a true dedication to customer satisfaction.

We are recently new to the area and my first experience at Ace Hardware in Canby was an exceptional one. Without going into details, there was in issue with a grill that I ordered online and picked up at the store here. Specifically, this is a shout-out to employee “Shay” who went out of his way to make everything right. So now, I am a devoted customer of this establishment.
It's a couple weeks later and Google won't let me leave another review so soon for the same business, so I'll edit this earlier review! Continued follow-up excellent customer service from Manager Andrew Mullins and his team. Long story short, they helped with an exchange that involved going above and beyond standard procedure and I am very grateful and will be a loyal customer of Ace Hardware in Canby.

Wouldn't cut my key because I didn't buy it from them. They told me they are 100% able to do it, but refused because it wasn't thier key. Not the helpful place, now I am forced to pay 6x the cost to have a locksmith cut my keys
