I dropped my phone face down on asphalt today. Needed to fix it or replace it asap because I ise it for work. Had a wonderful experience with both employees today. First Mattie helped me try to get it fixed but that couldn't be done today so she helped me pick a new one. I got the S24 regular AND an otterbox. She was friendly and informative, and very patient. She offered to help me set it up but I was confident I could do it at home. I couldn't get it to work at home :( so I went back and the other employee (Seth I think) helped me troubleshoot the problem and was also very kind and helpful! Now I have a new phone and am back to work! Thanks for being great!

Apparently they close when they feel like it. Door and website day open till 7pm. It's 624 and the doors are locked.

I Have Been A Loyal AT&T Customer For Over 25+ Years. I'm A 72 Year Old Senior Disabled Veteran Living On Limited Funds. I Was Promised A New Samsung S23 Phone For "Free" By Seth (Store Manager), & Tanner (Store Assistant) @ The West Linn AT&T Store June 2023, During AT&T's Company Promotion. I Accepted There Proposal, And My New Phone Arrived June 20, 2023. Seth Accidently Dropped My Phone Which Cracked & I Was Promised A New Phone Which To Date Still Has Not Happened. Since That Time I Have Continually Received Monthly Billings For Payment Which Will Last 3 Years, And Cost $860.00. Living On Social Security I Was Told My New Monthly Bills Would Be $50, But Have Been Close To $100.00. 10 Months I Have Been Promised A Refund & Credit To My Account. Every Month I'm Told It's At The Top Of AT&T's List For Escalation With No Credits, Refunds, Or Results. This Seems Like A Bait & Switch Tactic Which Has Caused Me Hardship, And Undue Stress.

Maddie was Awesome when I couldn't get through on the At&t phone line I dropped in and she was so great in helping me with the issue I was having. A total life saver!!

I will never go to a different at&t store,Seth who runs the Canby store is about the customers and what they need,and it also.shows in his employees,and his work ethic,hands down the best at&t store there is in oregon,this is the only place I and my family will go to,and customer service is out of this world,thanks again Seth 5 stars

The manager of this store is absolutely amazing, he's everything u are looking for in a top notch manager who cares about his employees and customer's, which is a rare item these days and I will not go to any other at&t store know except for this one,the best at&t store

Biggest hassle I've ever had trying to transfer phone from Verizon to at&t.611 is absolutely horrible and I'm not getting any help in-store. Gonna have to change provider!

Tyler made my experience of upgrading my iPhone 11 Pro Max to a iPhone 15 pro max easy. He made sure that I had an updated plan and that I got my union discount! I appreciate that. I also bought a new case and screen protector that he installed, and a new charger block at 20% discount. I purchased a new I watch too. I’m also glad that AT&T store is conveniently located right in Canby!

Selena is very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us switch back to AT&T and order new phones. At times we did have to wait because there is only one associate working. But every time Selena is there she manages the store and customers needs like a pro!

I walked in hoping to get my phone issue solved as smoothly and quickly as possible but I was also ready for great disappointment since that's what I've gotten the past several times (due to no one knowing how to help). BUT today I got lucky and the guy (idk his name) was a huge help!!! I finally got the issue solved with all of his help. It was probably 3:30ish pm.
