“A shop with integrity! I was interested in purchasing a vehicle in the area and wanted a pre-purchase inspection. 1. Auto Max was willing to squeeze me into their busy schedule. 2. They supplied a very thorough report and gave me estimates of the needed repairs. 3. After I texted the owner and simply said "thank you for your time but this rig is not for me", he called Auto Max and asked for a copy of the report. They refused to sell it to him. They could've earned double their money off the same report but they didn't. Kudos to them! They just earned my respect and my future business.”

They said to bring it by at 10 today and they'd replace the light and buff out a small scratch while I waited; said it should only take about 30 minutes. I handed them the keys at 10 sharp, it was done 22 minutes later. Tail light replaced, buffed out a small scratch in the paint and put a little touch up paint on to keep it from rusting. A repair place that does what they said, when they said, for the price quoted and does it quicker than they estimated... and did a perfect job. Unbelievable.”
