“I had an issue with my new tires and came in pretty frustrated. James didn't bat an eye and fixed the issue without hesitation and with the exact solution I wanted. I couldn't be more happy.The wait times are a little bit long these days due to do winter tire change overs so be sure to show up early, or better yet call for an appointment.The other reason I went with discount tire is that the prices for the tires were comparable to costco — and I like how I can go to any discount tire for help in a pinch.”
“Shoutout to this location that had more appointments available before a snow storm happening on the weekend! I snagged a 5:15 pm slot for a tire changeover. It took about an hour. No stress, everything went smoothly. Reasonable price for the changeover. Always make an appointment! Walk ins are welcome but you will wait for a lot longer than planned.”

Drove to Les Schwab instead and when I got there they quickly got my spare on and was able to go home before my food went bad. “We had a nail in a tire. The employee ntold us he could have it mrepaired within 1/2 hour and we could choose to wait or receive a call when the repair was done. We chose to wait and the repair was done well within the 1/2 hour timeframe. We offered the employee a tip for his prompt aand thorough service, but after several urgings, he declined. We've always had great service at this location on McLoughlin Blvd. N. of Gladstone.”

I went in for new brake pads because I thought mine were done already do to a noise I was hearing but there technician Jose should there was just some debris on my pads they still had over 35% thankfully there price was super affordable I still went ahead and replaced them now my car makes no noise.”
