My service advisors Michael and Sydney were both great. Sydney called to let me know my ford points were expiring and helped book an appointment time that worked well for my holiday schedule. She then helped make sure my credits were used during billing. Michael kept me up to date on my vehicle and warned me ahead of time of any added costs. I also received pictures and a status report. Overall, I was once again really impressed by the service. Thanks Dick’s Canby Ford

Sooooooo, I’m a little late in doing this review, but life happens. We bought our Ford Explorer back in September, and Josh was an amazing salesman to work with! He made the car buying process easy and stress-free. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we found the right car without any pressure. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt confident in our purchase. I highly recommend asking for Josh if you’re looking for a great experience.
Razzi was absolutely amazing and truly made this deal happen when all the odds were against us. He went above and beyond to make everything work and never gave up on finding a solution. He explained everything clearly, stayed positive throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. We’re incredibly grateful for his hard work and dedication—couldn’t have asked for a better finance experience!
All in all, Josh and Razzi at Dicks Canby Ford are your people. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
