Taylor is so great to work with! We have worked with her a couple times and she is friendly, personable, and explains things patiently. She worked with us to set up our accounts so that our money worked the hardest for us. The whole branch personnel is friendly and helpful.

I have been a member for 6+ years, always been in good standing with my account, and have a credit score of over 715. Yet somehow I am still stuck with only a $300 credit limit. When applying for a higher limit I was met with accusations of outstanding missed payments on a separate account. That was simply not accurate and I had proof I had never been late on a payment yet they didn’t ask me to send the documented proof. My score was reading 30 points lower than I know it to be true. I am suspicious that they also didn’t accurately read my paystub. I have a tip based income so without attention to detail it is easy to pass on the stubs. All in all I feel like I should of been approved, because other lenders have lended much higher amounts with no issue.

if I could give this bank negative stars I would. been banking with them for personal and business for around 6 years now, I have been depositlong the same checks into both accounts for the same amount of time. I opened up another personal account and deposited a check (that has been deposited from before into my joint account) into that new account (which is the only difference) and now they have locked my accounts, saying all of a sudden it's a fraud check. been locked down for a week now both business and personal. impending my ability to provide for my family and run my business. Emily (fraud director) and egnacio in the fraud department are a joke and think it's ok to talk over people during this and laugh at the situation. first they blamed this on the other bank but yet when proof has been shown and sent over the blame has changed to "well it's their policies". what kind of bank tells anyone how and when they can spend their money? if the proof is there then why lock down the accounts for another few days? don't bank here.

They no longer service regular transaction customers inside the branch. Now they redirect you to an ATM looking machine INSIDE the branch to do all your money transactions.You can either use the machine as an ATM, or it will become an interactive zoom-type video chat with some random call center stranger located in their Oak Grove call center.The lack of privacy is even worse. There are no barriers to protect you from someone watching your screen. Plus, if you don't use the phone attached to the machine to talk to the agent (which is NOT sanitized after every customer) then you can literally hear the conversation, including the call center rep ask for a little old lady's secret password for her account which she said loudly because she was talking to a computer screen and didn't know if she would be heard (this literally happened just now while I was next to her using a machine).For me personally, not only do I choose a bank for good fees but also for connection to a personal banker. If I wanted to do online banking only, there are a ton of options to choose from.I wanted to bank here because I wanted to support a local bank, and help contribute to employment in my small town. Now it's being outsourced.As soon as my loan is paid off, I will be closing my account and taking my business where it will be appreciated by someone, in person.

I originally joined this FCU to support local businesses and families. Since joining in December 2021, we've never experienced good customer service. The lady who helped us open our account was friendly, open, and honest, and helpful. That was the last time we saw any of that. We were supposed to have overdraft protection from day 1, but when we had a bill try to come through (that we forgot about, tbh), there wasn't enough to cover it, so instead of paying it and charging the overdraft fee, they simply charged the overdraft fee. They've done this on more than one occasion. And they told us that it's at their discretion whether it gets paid or not. I don't think that's right. If we have overdraft protection, you should push it through and charge the fee.Not only that, but we were treated like criminals any time we went inside to make a withdrawal. No matter the and amount, they gave us odd looks, said things like "let me check something real quick" or "umm, hang on just a minute" and left the counter to go talk to a supervisor.Needless to say, as soon as we can get all of our deposits switched over to our new bank, we'll be closing our accounts. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the first lady we talked to, and ease of access (5 minutes from home).

Love this credit union, have been with them for 6 year and have an auto load with them. I've never had any problems with them.

Credit Unions are much more people friendly than banks as they are not profit oriented and try to be helpful to the customer. Clackamas fed is good example of wonderful customer service experience. And now that they have decreased the advertising on the mobile app they are even better.
