My son and I received haircuts on Dec 29 2023 before are family pics.And this is how it came out.My wife called manager .And manager already knew who cut are hair.Why would they let people that cant cut hair work there?Manager told us we could get it fixed where we live since were from ca. My son and I went today to get fixed and the store where I live said no that's not possible.That there franchise,why would a manager lie .Very unprofessional,ruined family pics.

Got a considerate hairstylist, with great humor and good social skills. We talked our while appointment and she was still on top of people who came into the shop. I might start playing WoW because of her!Services: Haircut

Tried this GC for a haircut, the “online check in” said we had less than 20 minutes to wait. We weren’t in a hurry however, when we walked in this location, one lady (later learned her name was Stella?) was running her behind off trying to basically work alone; greeting everyone, cutting hair, answering the phone and taking payments. If she isn’t the Manager there, she deserves to be with how much she juggled, so professional and calmly. We could sense her frustration, but she was still so nice.There were two women there, but the other person was clearly in some kind of mood and could not be bothered to do anything other than what she wanted.She took her time cutting the persons hair she had in her chair, rang them out and then turned around to inform her co worker she was now taking her lunch, and walked off. Everyone’s gotta eat and take their breaks, sure, not the point. We all have days we aren’t with it, also understandable.This was different and, it was uncomfortable watching this person completely disregard her co worker, along with everyone in that store, and just walk off after she finished her haircut. Other patrons commented on it as well.20 minutes, when the app said just 1 minute, turned into over 30 minutes to wait. While the only person left there, juggled it all by herself. Glad we weren’t on a time constraint.I’d like to say this person came back from break refreshed after the large bag of food she returned to the back room with but sadly, she was still just as apathetic and rude when she did, texting on her phone when customers were waiting, right in front of them. The next person was actively complaining to her about how long they waited, she didn’t care.Customer service is a tough job sometimes, it’s not for everyone. Clearly.Bring your patience to this place.

Wish they would hire people who actually know what they are doing. This one barely cut any hair. I asked her to cut more which, she did but, barely. She took the cape off and walked away. So now, a week later, I still need a haircut. I’m out $25 (which I can’t afford) and will have to wait another couple months before I can get another. I do Not recommend Great Clips.

Some Oriental lady said she knew how to do extensions, I paid her 175 and they're falling out the very next day in Crump. I brought the unopened hair extensions with me to my appointment. I'm not happy and it look horrible.

The worker stood there cutting my 5yr olds hair and proceeded to lecture me on how im feeding my speech-delayed son that he should not eat sugar and junk food (saying science has proven it) all this after he said he wanted a lollipop and when she asked why he doesn't understand I let her know of his condition and she proceeded to tell me it's because I am feeding him the wrong things I went in because my son's birthday is in two days and for her to lecture me (her expression almost anoyed) and tell me in front of my son what's wrong with him was humiliating (and we where not alone in the salon) my son kept telling me she is hurting him (he's a kid he will say things sometimes he dose not mean) sorry I know there is always two sides to each story and I was trying to be understanding and happy but I left feeling like I'm failing my son and just looking at his haircut now I just want to cry she butcherd it and I did not even want to stand there any longer for her to fix it because I was so emotional(I think she was a manager)I can't even afford to get his hair fixed somewhere else...

It was so unprofessional. When my son walked in he saw that one of the ladies was in a bad mood and she ended up cutting my son's hair( late 40's, wears glasses, and had an arm/wrist brace). She pulled my son's hair, her tone of voice was very aggressive. My son came home so upset, she totally butchered his hair. I DON'T recommend this place and don't let her cut your hair even if you show her a picture of the hair style you would like to have because she will still get it wrong.Service: Hair highlighting
