Owners are complete jerks, they treat their employees horrible not to measure their animals. They have been shut down multiple times by the US DA, including months at a time for inhume slaughtering practices. I suggest going to another butcher shop. I'm not even sure if the meat I got back was mine, the packages were covered in blood ruining the labels.

I have been buying both pork and beef from Marks through Kristen since about 1980. She has always been very courteous and handled my order just as I asked. I have always been satisfied with the cost, very much in line or better than other shops.

Great service, very friendly and I love that they ensure the animals are all properly handled in a humane way even if it's just getting them unloaded from the trailer.

More of a meat plant but they do sale some retail meats as well. Very friendly people.

Service is terrible since the new owners took over. Don't return calls. Changes to operation with out notice. I will not be back.

This company cuts and wraps beef from local farmers. I don't care for their attitude, their methods or the "decisions" they make for the farmer and the customers.Not going back.

Very friendly and willing to do unusual custom cuts. Walked me through the process and provided exactly what I was looking for with a quick turn around.
