Because of the multiple encryption, anti-virus, VPN platforms from my S21, Justin got it right. Because it's a new product, maybe in the future they'll have the wireless charger, and the new Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro in store.”

“Super easy transition. Portedy number and had a new phone in less than 18 minutes. Yes I timed it. It takes 4x that long sometimes just to see a person at other carrier locations.
Skylar deserves a raise. He holds this store down and provides excellent customer service.

“I almost didn't stop in there due to a disappointing experience I had in the past but decided to stop, I only needed a charger cord and it was close to their closing time. I was greeted by Nick! Hi, what can I help you with tonight? Leary, I tell him a charging cord. Sure, what size? How long? He asks smiling. He had me at Hi. Best WOW factor I've experienced in CS in a long time. Let's just say we walked out the door at 10:00pm with a new phone, case and other accessories. And if your wondering, Nick never pressured me to buy anything. He just answered all the questions honestly and truefluly and Id decisions based on his advise.
He not only made it so I got an upgraded phone but saved me some $.
I definitely don't have that sour taste in my mouth like I did.”
“I came on to give props to the store manager for his interaction with a customer I happened to see only to find that the very customer left an intentional bad review before me. One of which is fake. The manager actually repeatedly try to inform the customer from the start that he wanted to help but the young man that was being rude refused to calm down. And the manager repeatedly had to ask him to leave. I will be returning after the manager spent the time I needed and patiently gave an old guy like me the attention I need to understand my new iphone. Tim is awesome!”
