I’m old school, preference is face to face , in person. Reserved online. Set up was quick and easy when I arrived. Guy at the desk was welcoming and friendly . Got a good unit.. forgot to purchase a lock on my way, they had one available for sale on the spot.. large unit large enough to store work supplies and smaller vehicles, actually looks like you could fit a minivan if it’s empty or packing things against the walls..

Fantastic! The customer service was amazing, the office manager we so nice and explained everything important. It was a fast and easy process. The units arw nicely maintained and clean.

Kim went above and beyond to help me move into a unit that would suit my needs perfectly! Her professionalism, and thoroughness in explaining the whole process was amazing! I now feel all my “treasures” are safe and sound! I would highly recommend Northwest Self Storage!

NW Canby storage is very convenient and easy to use- you can come and go when needed until all your stuff is loaded or removed
They even contacted me to confirm if storage is no longer in use to prevent me from being billed for the next month which I much appreciated

On site property manager at 1239 SE 1st ave Canby Oregon, forgot his name had excellent customer service skills, he was knowledgeable, answered all my questions in a professional, friendly manner I really appreciate. He told me things about storage units I was not aware of, especially helpful how I could measure out, tape off and see if what I want to store would fit in that area. I really enjoyed my experience finding out what options are available for my needs, I’ve never rented a unit before. I could go on line when I decide to rent but I will probably go in person to work with this gentleman personally. Thank you for A+++ service, knowledge and friendly

Unit has a leak from the floor when rains and is ruining our furniture (mold) another customer told us they knew about the leak.
Update, now they bumped the price up $54 more a month. Haha that’s wyld

I have used the storage facility on 99E in Canby for years. The manager, Michael, ha always been pleasant and helpful. Recently we sold our house and realized that we had waay more stuff than we were able to fit in one trip. I spoke with Michael about my dilemma and he went above and beyond to help me out of my jam. Thank you Michael! You truly made a not so great day much better that evening.

I had a fantastic experience with Northwest Self Storage thanks to Michael at the front desk. He was extremely helpful, had a great attitude, and went above and beyond to assist us—especially when we needed a second locker at the very last minute before closing. He was generous enough to offer us a 10% military discount, which made it possible for us to afford the second unit and stay within our budget. He handled everything professionally and didn’t seem bothered at all, even though it was the end of the day. We truly appreciated his patience and willingness to help us get everything taken care of. Very grateful for the excellent service!
