I recently had the pleasure of using Northwest Self Storage in Canby, Oregon, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The front office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me with my storage needs. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the rental process seamless. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. Access was easy for the storage unit, and they had carts available to help move items in and out of the units. They also check the units physically on a regular schedule, which is also helpful.

Manager is very nice and easy to work with. Had online set up issues at first but with her help and continued support I finally completed the process. Everything from then on has been a breeze. Would absolutely recommend their units.
