Right on the Mollala River, you can catch a Trout, Salmon, or Bass, launch your kayak or swim 100 feet away.Great management low rates, laundromat, free showers, recreation room, and propane on site.

I went to the park twice inquiring About getting a space. Both times I have gotten a run around about how they can't hold a space for you, But they are holding spaces for other people. And when I asked what spaces were opand told her that I had a Mapp. She told me she couldn't tell me. Personally this is twice I don't know how you're supposed to rent a space there.

Stopped in today to inquire about a space......And am I ever grateful that I did. I met thee most wonderful woman. Helen at the front desk is an absolute treasure. She was so helpful and informative. She was funny and a genuine delight. So lucky to have met this beautiful soul. Thank you Helen for all your help.

The owners daughter manages this rv park and uses her personal feelings to approve or deny a tenant. Hopefully the new owners aren't bias.

20+ years have passed since last time I visited Riverside RV park. I was expecting the typical older park I remember, a little on the 'trashy' side, nothing special.I was very surprised. It has made a change for the better, no doubt. It was clean, driving lanes seemed wide and it all seemed well planned & organized. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is there is no site numbers on the ground & I didn't notice any signs. I got there after dark and it was very difficult to find my friends site #.

Was calling different RV parks to see if our two stolen RV's made it to any of the parks nearby. Got a very polite lady who asked me to call back to speak to the manager tomorrow at 9 AM since "I only work 10 hours and just got here at 4 and work till 6. I know nothing. I just take the money and give receipts."All I wanted was to give her our info....license, make, model, phone number. So if by happenstance it made it there it would be easy to contact us. I guess she couldn't even do that?Really poor customer service. Why have a front desk person who "knows nothing"? What a weird representative of your business.

Good choice for a reasonably priced long or short stay with many helpful staff members and located in a nice, small town. Convenient access to stores, shops, and public transpo. It's near the Mollala River - just a 2 minute walk to a private entrance riverside area - but this is also accessible to the public and non-park residents. Plenty of local restaurants, stores and services within walking distance. Good, reliable internet as well. Mail and propane service are solid. Well maintained park.Be aware there are downsides (not necessarily the park's fault): very early morning motorcycles and big pick up trucks and near constant highway traffic and noise, train noise nearly every 30 minutes (the train is not bothersome to me, but could be to others).Very loose to no enforcement of listed park rules - tenants sometimes work loudly on their trucks and rigs. There are many old and crumbling RVs, loud personal vehicles, a yappy dog here and there, and stray, feral cats, etc. Beware of the wasp problem in the hotter months.Clubhouse and showers are a bit dated. Laundry facilities are basic, but reliable. RV pads are tight with little to no wiggle room. Brown slime and high mineral content from dirty city/park water may build up in your water lines and ice makers so you'll need good filters for your drinking water, hair, and skin. Canby water is super funky tasting and can have a smell. Well water/water table gets low in summer and may cause issues with your water pressure in August-September.Be prepared for constant yellow-brown dust in summer all over your rig and your vehicle from the massive gravel/landscape pit behind the RV park - they are the worst and the source of the most constant noise other than highway traffic and trains. The noise from them starts before dawn during the week. Again, nothing to be done about it by the RV park. It is what it is.But yes, it is a safe, good place and we truly enjoy the kind people and conveniences offered here.

I live here. The Manager, Sara, is excellent at her job. I have been told to clean up my space. I waited to long so the owner gave me warning. I deserved it. I was waiting for my new RV. I got told that this Park has standards, I have been warned. Message well received! I have a better space and happier neighbors!
