I was happy to have a lady, for once,who knows what she's talking about and has extensive knowledge of products and how to use them. If I could give 7 stars, I would. I didn't get her name but she has black hair with bright green highlights and she was very helpful. In the past I've had really younger girls who didn't know much and were not helpful or gave me the wrong advice. So thanks ?

I have shopped at the canby Sally’s many times threw out the years I always have great customer service and experience and the girls that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager there has always been a great help and the store always looks amazing.

The hours of operation listed on the web and the store window are incorrect. It claims to close at 7 however when I arrived around 6:30 it was closed. Very infuriating considering I don’t live particularly close and had to drive out.

Customer service is amazing , I like the way they tell you when you have a discount coming to you, and when they acknowledge your Birthday. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Unbelievable experience! I had over $250 worth of Wahl clippers to exchange from Xmas. 3 clippers all purchased at Sally’s from a relative as gifts. Today 12/29 I tried exchanging them at the Canby location. Brand new, in box, never opened. They told me I was out of luck because their new policy states all sales final on clippers! Exchange only with receipt. Well because they were Xmas gifts I don’t have the receipt and they refused to work with me in any way. The manager even told me I was “making her feel uncomfortable” because I was questioning her about the policy. This company has become so sketchy! Tried to act like they were stolen or something. If an upset customer makes you feel uncomfortable don’t work in customer service. Anyways, buyers beware, DO NOT PURCHASE TOOLS OR CLIPPERS from Sally’s if there’s a possibility you may need an exchange or return. Go to cosmoprof or Amazon. Let this company fizzle out.

As with a lot of people, during COVID quarantine, I mistakenly decided to color my own hair and have regretted it since. I went in to Sally Beauty in Canby and I am so happy I did. I was greeted right away and asked what help I needed. I told them what I did and what I thought would happen. Without hesitation Michelle let me know that to "fix" what I done was going to take a couple steps to correct and that it may be a couple days or more to be at a place with my hair to be happy. It's been a month but I am so pleased I listened to her, took the time she said, and used the recommended products. My hair is no longer COVID Hair! Thank you again Michelle & her team Alíe, Stefani and Shane at Sally Beauty!

Today my wife wanted to help Rackleff place because they have not had a beautician in over 4 months because of Covid, and she went into Sally's to get some supplies and i was just following her like a lost puppy wondering why I choose to go in, but this lady with the prettiest silver hair i think her name is Christy , i might be wrong,she helped my wife and I.. She was so knowledgeable and kind that it made it very comfortable for me as an outsider in these types of stores.. Thank you for your amazing customer service ?....

I went to the Canby store and dealt with a dark haired, middle-aged woman wearing a name tag that said, Store Manager. He name was not on it. She has an attitude problem and not very helpful. The prices are very high for clippers. I won't be returning.
