I enjoyed getting my nails done here. I didn't feel overwhelmed or like I needed to talk. I think Minh could tell I needed space because he didn't pressure me into a conversation or anything. I will definitely be coming here again. My nails turned out great and it was a relaxing time.

I’m not one to get a pedicure but I love how clean and hygienic they were. Price wasn’t too bad considering the guy really worked on my feet. They did forget to paint one of my pinkie toes but honestly it’s okay. They were soo kind and nice. I didn’t know anything and I appreciate them letting me take my time to figure things out. Also this is the place to go they are so clean.

I will no longer be a Sassys customer. When making an appointment and showing up at your appointment time just to sit for an extra 45 minutes to an hour is not acceptable. When it comes to a fill, they are sloppy and rushed. I won't be back

My daughter and I get our nails done here regularly, we always get wonderful, friendly service! I highly recommend for nails, pedicure and waxing!
Requested style: I have taken pictures of nails I like and asked them to re create the style on my nails and they always do a great job!
Cleanliness: Always clean
Stylist: Ryan did my nails and Pedicure and he did a great job and also was pretty fast!

Quality and care has been getting progressively worse. Despite setting an appointment every time, they overfill appointments and walk-ins so it’s a 10-15 minute wait past your appointment time. Then they juggle you with several other clients, barely giving you time to choose a color, and rush through the service. Depending on the artist, they’ll completely skip steps or take short cuts (skipping the top coat, not filing under your nails after the dip powder, not fixing mistakes they make) and then as soon as you’re done they’re onto the next client while you’re drying using the UV lights. Today I specifically requested a female artist, was completely blown off and put with a man, and then after my service, I used the restroom, they let a client sit in my seat, move my PURSE onto the floor, put all of her belongings on top of mine, I had to physically move her phone to get mine from under hers. I’ve come here for months and have seen it get progressively worse, especially when you’re checking out they’ll just outright yell “You have cash for your tip right?” A tip is a privilege, not a requirement, and by asking me that makes me completely uninterested in tipping.
By letting a client move my belongings and constantly make me wait well beyond my appointment time, I am very disappointed. I also found out that the stamp cards, 10 total services you need stamped, is only $10 off your next service! $45 for a fill x 10, $450 spent all for a meager $10 off? This place has turned into a complete mess and money grab. I drive from Oregon City to come here, as friends and family recommended it, but this is not the salon it was a year ago. I’d highly recommend finding somewhere else if you want quality and your time (and belongings) respected.

Today was my first visit, and I will never go anywhere else!!! Even though I missed my original appt time because of an accident on I5, they were kind & understanding & still fit me in even though they were pretty busy. Anna did an amazing job & was suuuuuper careful around my fingers with nerve damage. Prices are more than fair, and are quite the bargain for the service received.

I loved my nails. They were a 5.00 more, but worth it. I got the shellac I wanted on them. I used to go to another place 5.00 cheaper. But everybody there speaks their lanage . Not American, sassy nails speak English. I like that. At least they talk to you. She did say the ATM does not charge ,,,, but yes, it did 3.00. Won't be using that again just they will charge my card.
Requested style: I can't have nail polish on my nails. So I had them done at another place was a darker shellac that matched your skin. I asked for that on my fingers 5 times but was ignored, and they put on what they wanted. So, going to sassy nails gave me the shellac I wanted. So I'm happy with it. She said this should be fine for 2 or 3 weeks. I hope so. I had to go back a week or 2.
Cleanliness: Sassy nails are big, very clean. Nice people, and they were busy. Lots of room in there. Speaking English and talking to their customers and not just speaking to their employees, who speak their language. Very nice .
