“I had a issue with a package that a mom and pop usps store had sent for me - somehow off of my printed address label - to dunkirk,oh , the woman got canby, OR. My fault for not checking but I had handed her my address label - anyhow - Chris (don't know his last name) at the canby, OR location was able to watch for my box and told me he would call me when it came in as undeliverable since the address didn't exist - he called just now and it is on it's way back to me!! Thank you Chris!! You are awesome!!

“This store is my go to shipping store due to the friendly and professional service I receive. I haven't been to the store in a while but one of the associates, Ray still remembered me and unique facts about my family. A very personal touch. Professional and friendly service seems harder and harder to find but not for Ray. The way I see it is, shipping costs are high everywhere so might as well be treated nice in the process.”

“I just established an account with Columbia Corrugated to provide packaging for a food product I make. They set up process was a little slow, but I attribute that to Covid. My first order was only 500 units, but they had no problem with that. Pick up was a little challenging as I must have arrived right at shift change or something. I had to park at the far end of the lot, find the shipping office, go back to my car and move to the pick up door, load and return to park my car and then walk back to the shipping office. The shipping agent who helped me was very friendly and we chatted about food and wines, which is my market sector. I will continue to do business with them and scruffy that my initial experience was just growing pains, so to speak.”

“These guys are AMAZING!!! They could not have exceeded my expectations more than they did. I needed to have a 1912 cash register packaged and secured. They made it a team effort and boy did they do an incredible job. They had to make me a customized box and really went above and beyond in protecting and securing it. “My daughter in law was out of town and one of her customers called and said they had misplaced some of the parts for a job. She asked me if I could go to the shop and put together the missing parts and take them to UPS and overnight them. When I got there at 4:30 Friday night they said I needed to have been there by 3 pm to make an overnight delivery and the soonest that they could get it there was sometime Monday. I left and went to FedEx. By now it was 5:30. The agent told me the same thing that Monday would be the soonest. But then He got to work and tried at least four other options to see if there was any way to get it there the next day. He asked his boss if there was anything he missing. In the end, Monday was the earliest we could get it there. What impressed me the most was the effort put in to satisfy a customer. Your don't often see that in today's world. He wasn't able to get it out before Monday, but it was not for lack of trying. FedEx will be my first stop next time.”

“I stopped in to mail pygamas to my grandsons in Seattle. I needed a mailer too, for them. Yuhnan (excuse the spelling) was patient and very helpful. The PO on 90th is peaceful, clean, fully stocked, and everyone who comes in mentions the gentle atmosphere. Its my all time favorite post office.”
“These customer reviews are unhinged, this is the best post office in SW Portland. I visit 2-3 times a week for business, employees doing their best every day. Drop box is maintained so it doesn't get too full. Clean facility, keep it up!”
