“I had a issue with a package that a mom and pop usps store had sent for me - somehow off of my printed address label - to dunkirk,oh , the woman got canby, OR. My fault for not checking but I had handed her my address label - anyhow - Chris (don't know his last name) at the canby, OR location was able to watch for my box and told me he would call me when it came in as undeliverable since the address didn't exist - he called just now and it is on it's way back to me!! Thank you Chris!! You are awesome!!

“I just established an account with Columbia Corrugated to provide packaging for a food product I make. They set up process was a little slow, but I attribute that to Covid. My first order was only 500 units, but they had no problem with that. Pick up was a little challenging as I must have arrived right at shift change or something. I had to park at the far end of the lot, find the shipping office, go back to my car and move to the pick up door, load and return to park my car and then walk back to the shipping office. The shipping agent who helped me was very friendly and we chatted about food and wines, which is my market sector. I will continue to do business with them and scruffy that my initial experience was just growing pains, so to speak.”
“The store manager Jared went above and beyond to problem solve getting package shipped to Canada. His system wasn’t working but he made a few calls and figured out how to get it shipped. Really appreciated the help!”

“Alisa and Joshua were great and very helpful.Alisa went out her way when I came in 5 minutes to closing time. She assisted me with no hesitation and not trying to rush me out because of closing time. I wasn't home for a package I missed. She checked to see if the driver had gotten back. The driver was just arriving back and I waited patiently while she seen what she could do for me. She came back and had a package in her hands I was so happy and grateful. While she was in the back Joshua had came up front to help a customer. And then afterwards him and I started talking and he was very friendly. And once again not trying to rush me oit even though it was past closing time. I just wanted to acknowledge both of them and say FedEx should be very happy to have them as employees at your establishment.”

They made it a team effort and boy did they do an incredible job. They had to make me a customized box and really went above and beyond in protecting and securing it. “I was reading some of the other posts and I don't know who this Elizabeth is but if she is one of the ladies work in the counter I don't think that she is the same way that she used to be or maybe she doesn't work there anymore either way every time I've gone in I've got some Asian ladies at the front who are super nice to me very informative and really helpful every time I've gone in everything seems to be the way that it's supposed to be I've never had any problems and they go through the lines pretty quickly I've had my PO box there for 6 months now and I haven't had any issues they even held a package for me and put the information on a piece of paper on the package so that I could get it dealt with in a more efficient and better way I like this location”
“These customer reviews are unhinged, this is the best post office in SW Portland. I visit 2-3 times a week for business, employees doing their best every day. Drop box is maintained so it doesn't get too full. Clean facility, keep it up!”
