“During the busy holiday season, I needed to send a very fragile ceramic Disney Christmas decoration to my brothers in Southern California. Let me tell you that the employees at the West Linn UPS Store carefully wrapped each fragile part of the item with extreme care. Although I had to pay for special care packaging, it was well worth it, just knowing that it would arrive unbroken. My brothers were very happy in receiving the item, and we all joked about how it took them 30 minutes just to unwrap it! Thanks to ALL of the UPS employees who took the time to make sure my brother's Christmas present was received in one piece!!!”

“I have had Matt from Portland shrink wrap our Boat two years in a row now and dealing with Matt is just like I have known him for years very friendly and passionate about his work. The first time I was very nervous of how it was going to be after sitting all winter in the PNW. When we opened it up in spring it was just like we had put it in a shop and not exposed to the elements. Rick (the manager) has an absolutely amazing team of competent and thorough employees that can help with anything you need: printing, returning, mailboxes, shipping (international and domestic), notaries, faxing, and more. If they can’t help with something, they know where to direct you to. I’ve been working closely with this store for almost 7 years, and the quality of service has only improved over time. “Had some Amazon returns, so came here for the first time for that purpose. It was quick and easy, and they offered a 15% off coupon for using them to return Amazon items here! Nice! I had no intention on shopping but figured I would take a look around since I had the coupon. Ended up I purchasing a desk and chair! ? They were both on clearance +15% off from my coupon!!! What a great deal!!! The cashier was super awesome. So nice, helpful, very polite and patient. He even set me up with their new Rewards Program that just started today. (Since I will now bring all my Amazon returns here I will definitely use the rewards program). Another really helpful staff member helped me out to my car, which is pretty small and full of lil dogs, soooo he even figured out a way to make my items fit, which was quite a feat! Thank you guys! ?”

“I just established an account with Columbia Corrugated to provide packaging for a food product I make. They set up process was a little slow, but I attribute that to Covid. My first order was only 500 units, but they had no problem with that. Pick up was a little challenging as I must have arrived right at shift change or something. I had to park at the far end of the lot, find the shipping office, go back to my car and move to the pick up door, load and return to park my car and then walk back to the shipping office. The shipping agent who helped me was very friendly and we chatted about food and wines, which is my market sector. I will continue to do business with them and scruffy that my initial experience was just growing pains, so to speak.”

“Today was my first time delivering here. For those that don't know, you need to turn left down the dead end street right before their building as their docks are behind the building. I wish they had a sign saying that as I had to go to the end of the street and turn around. I did suggest that to the guy that unloaded me and he agreed and said he would mention it. Everyone was super friendly. My appointment was at 09:00 and I was unloaded in about 45 minutes! I will say I was nervous about docking here as I read a review saying it was tight, and I'm a new driver. They do share a drive and docking area with another company across the way. I can see where it could be tight if both places were busy. However, when I pulled in, a driver was docking into the other company. I waited for him to dock and there was plenty of room for me to drive to the end and turn around. There was plenty of room for me to do my setup and turn it into a straight line back. I only gave it 4 stars because the sign telling trucks to turn would have been a huge help, and I tripped over some debris in the docking area. I mentioned the tripping to the guy unloading me as well. He admitted they've been trying to clean it up, but need to get the rest of it picked up. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.”

“Alisa and Joshua were great and very helpful.Alisa went out her way when I came in 5 minutes to closing time. She assisted me with no hesitation and not trying to rush me out because of closing time. I wasn't home for a package I missed. She checked to see if the driver had gotten back. The driver was just arriving back and I waited patiently while she seen what she could do for me. She came back and had a package in her hands I was so happy and grateful. While she was in the back Joshua had came up front to help a customer. And then afterwards him and I started talking and he was very friendly. And once again not trying to rush me oit even though it was past closing time. I just wanted to acknowledge both of them and say FedEx should be very happy to have them as employees at your establishment.”
