Didnt deliver my package i need for work i live 5 minutes away, instead keeping it locked up in a room thats only open til 11am on saturdays and 9-4 on week days… what a joke

This location doesn’t have an office. Go to a different location. They say they allow drop offs but they don’t give you any receipts. Why do they even allow drop offs when they can’t even give a receipt. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.

Sat for 5 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the window. Rang the bell three times. This location needs a better system for drop off packages. Don't bother wasting your time here just go to the one down the street in tualatin.
