I have been extremely happy with Smalltown Storage since I made the switch from my previous place. The price, cleanliness, and friendliness have made my experience an enjoyable pleasure. And Peter? I’ve been a customer for about 2 years. Easy access 24 hrs. I got behind on payments for several months and when a payment was made Peter agreed to wave the late fees which were over $200. I was very thankful for his understanding and for helping me out this way. I would def recommend the two sites in canby to anyone needing storage.

The amount of times I tried calling to get any kind of information while I had a unit is ridiculous. They never answer their phone and the one time I did get ahold of someone it seemed like a call center. The price is way too high compared to others in the area. I was told I'd get my deposit back 2 weeks after move out. It's been over a month and a half and I haven't heard from them or gotten my money back from the deposit. The gates to the facility being attached to someone's apartment is also a huge red flag. All in all, the customer service was terrible, unit was overpriced, and they are liars because I have yet to have my deposit returned.

Small Town Storage is very clean and located in a convenient location. I can't say enough nice things about the customer service we received here! Not only did we get to use their moving truck, Alex was so helpful when we needed an extra hand with the heavier items. If 10 stars were an option, they would be getting 10 stars from me!!

This place is awesome! Alex is very helpful and on top of his game. Easy access to units and not crowded. We got lucky finding this place. Highly recommend if you need storage. Affordable too. Not like the big corporates

I was a customer of Small Town Storage by virtue of my account with Global Digital Currency Partners, who has also reviewed (see below) this company. I am one of the larger customers of GDCP and therefore have been hit harder by the extra fees (approximately $3,000) that Small Town Storage charged us when we pulled out our rigs. I have posted a 1 star review because I believe that GDCP is correct in their assessment that we were unjustly charged when leaving their facility.

"I also was a customer of Global Digitial Currency Partners("GDCP"), a Tennessee-based global crypto-currency miner with rig operations in the United States, Canada and Sweden. I am the mother (87 years old) of the owner of GDCP and invested a small % ($25,000) of my net worth in a diversified basket of mining rigs customer held at this facility under GDCP. Needless to say, I was disappointed that Mr. Hostetler and Small Town Storage would take advantage of the elderly by charging us unauthorized fees when we left the facility. I hope that the company will reconsider it's actions in time."

My company, Global Digital Currency Partners, entered into a contract with Small Town Storage, 1406 SE Township Road, Suite 1, Canby, OR 97013 on April 30, 2018. We closed out that contract on November 30, 2019. Our primary contract was with an affiliated (with Small Town Storage) company, Bit Blasting. We had a contract with them to host about $500,000 in computers for cryptocurrency mining. We stored our boxes and unused computer equipment with Small Town Storage for 18 months. We paid Bit Blasting and Small Town Storage approximately $150,000 in fees over a period covering 18 months. There was never any dispute over the course of 18 months (including the end of the contract) as to whether my company had fulfilled the terms if it's contract with Small Town Storage and Bit Blasting.
