This station fails to provide service at the pump. I have been there many times since the change to mini service and they don’t have someone outside attending customers. Today I went inside to see if they were serving customers. The response you need help? If I wanted to pump my own gas I would not have pulled into the mini service lane. 🤔

This might be the cheapest gas in town, but let me tell you something. I always gave it The benefit of the doubt hoping customer service would get better but it’s gotten worse and today was the last of it for me. I know losing one customer will not hurt them, but I feel like it’s important people should be aware of this. First of all, customer service sucks so bad when you show up, they just help whoever they feel like helping the owners are always in a very bad mood. They look down on you. This morning, I waited in the car because I have my 10 month old baby inside. I pull up to the mini serve hoping somebody would come out and help me. I don’t mind pumping my own gas. I actually enjoy doing that but given the situation that I have a baby with me I was hoping I would get help. I saw two people Through the window and they just stared at me? I get up! Visibly upset and I tell her you should maybe take the sign off and stop misleading people and change them all to self-serve then she proceeded to throw mu 20$ bill in my face And told me to go somewhere else. like I said it might be the cheapest gas in town but I am a paying customer and I’ll rather go somewhere else even if it’s more expensive but in return I get a good customer service. Thank you.

Rude and disrespectfull kid working at the gas station this evening. We waited too long for him to pump the gas while he was just standing there talking to some guy. He didn't acknowledge us until I got out to do it myself. I said, "are we supposed to pump the gas?" He shakes his head no. So I start getting back in my car. He was too busy visiting w/ his friend so he waived us off as if we didn't matter. His friend said, "patience is the path to success bro" I said, "making customers impatient will make you lose your job!". And I get back in my car. The kid slowly saunters to me and acts as if he doesn't understand me all of a sudden. His friend gets inside his car and drives as close as he could to my passenger window, stops, and stares us down.
I've been getting gas from this station long before the kid started this job. He's helped me many times. I've been nothing but polite. I spend nearly $100 a week at this station. There are plenty of other places to get gas around Canby and I'll be going there .

Got a huge problem with an employee that was working on Thursday April 25 at approx 10PmThis employee came out to pump gas 5-8 min of waitingWhen this guy came out I said what’s taking so longHe replied in a very hostile offensive tone and said he was taking care of cash customers as if I knew thatI was trying to pump the gas myself but was unable and he said why wasn’t I pumping gas in a full service laneI said I tried and was doing his job for him and he said look at others they are pumping their own gasI said , I tried but it’s your job not mine palHe then pulled my credit card out handed it to me and gave me the send offHe then turned off the pump so I couldn’t continue to tryI deliver hospice meds for dying patients and they were waiting on me ti deliver those meds I was stranded on a turned off pumpA customer came out and said he was coming out . He came out alright and pumped the gas of the customer behind me ! And walked away leaving me there !This is a reflection of the owner hiring a disembodied soul full of piss n vinegar that should never ever be in a customer service capacityI’m reporting this behavior ti corporate. To have the owner trained in hiring practices !

Rude woman cashier. The self-service pump number 10 will automatically charge you for $50.00 regardless of the amount you enter.

Sorry, but I refuse to spend my money at an establishment that doesn’t give its customers the common courtesy of letting them use the restroom. Marking this on my google maps as a never stop here again.

will never come back here again. I pulled up and asked for $10 on my card. As I pulled away I noticed my tank was full (it was completely empty before) so I pulled back up and asked the attendant what I should do since I only asked for $10 and he filled it. He said I would need to go inside and talk to the cashier. So I went inside explained what happened and that I needed a receipt and asked what I need to do. He proceeded get defensive right away, his voice started to shake and he said it was between me and the attendant and the money would need to come out if his paycheck. So he radio'd the attendant and asked him to come inside. I told him that's not right and asked if he was the manager. He said he was the manager and I asked why he was getting so nervous and he proceeded to belittle me and I told him not to be f*ing rude. He then proceeded to yell at me called me a f*ing b*tch and that I needed to take my money and get the f*uck out. The attendant came inside and put the cash on the counter and the cashier was yelling at me to take the money and I kept saying I'm not taking his paycheck money for him and that's not okay. I dialed 911 because of how hostile he was getting and he continued to yell at me while I was on the phone with dispatch. The police showed up and the man was just still being so hostile, as the police were talking to me outside he walked up with the cash and said after she takes her money I don't want her back here ever again..... the police had to ask him to go inside so they could talk to me. One officer stayed with me and the other one went inside. They spoke to both the attendant and the cashier. The attendant did confirm that I said $10 but he filled it by accident. I told them that wasn't the reason for me calling, it was because of how the cashier reacted and treated me as well as him saying the attendant had to pay out of his pocket for the mistake. I ended up giving the attendant the $30 back because he shouldn't have to pay out of his own pocket.

Rude gas attendant. I’m driving my husbands diesel truck and he stomps over and says “Do you need help?” I responded with “yes please” and he proceeded to belittle me for “not knowing how to pump diesel”. I’m sorry, what? That’s literally you job sir. I’m not above pumping my own fuel but there was no need to belittle me in front of everyone. I will not be returning and happily paying the extra bit to go else where.
