Easily the best experience! I get crippling anxiety when it comes to figuring everything out. In the past I didn’t have anything explained too me or have anyone actually take the time to talk me through stuff. Nate did exactly that! Thank you so much, honestly it felt so good too have everything done BEFORE March! Having someone understand my style of thinking when it comes too tax stuff is huge!!!!Also, I am someone that really appreciates a timely response, and the fact that it took less than a day too get back too me with any questions that I had, is easily what makes Nate the best!Again thank you so much for everything!Get the app! Nathon has been doing our personal and business taxes for 7 years. We are very happy with all the work he's done for us. I tend to leave things to the last minute, and wait longer than I should, but Nathon always accommodates me. Not only is he very through and easy to work with, but his advice maximizes our savings. I would highly recommend Nathon for tax services. He was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. I was confused and unsure of how to proceed with investment property income and expenses after taking on this business after a 30 year marriage ended in divorce. Nate has been doing my taxes for 5 years. 2 years ago years he helped me form my business and set up the s-corp. Being self employed and running a business requires a lot of tax planning, payroll, and and book keeping. Nate has been knowledgeable with the necessary processes and how to save money. I just refinanced my house. In order to do so I had to have my 2021 taxes filed. I had a tight window to get this done before rates went up. Nate was responsive, timely, and accurate. I was able to complete the refi and catch a low rate b/c Nate understood our need and delivered. Would highly recommend UpCloud services.

For many years Nate has done our taxes. I haven't always given him the most time to get them done in time but he has always helped us! This year I am giving him a bit more time before they are due but I hope to give him even more time in future years. We have appreciated his help!

I was excited to work with Nate on my 2019 taxes but as it turns out, he's very bad at taxes. With respect to responsiveness and communication, he's bad, there, too, and on payroll, he's darn near a train wreck--even telling me months after I nearly missed refinancing my house because of incorrect documentation--"Yeah, I'm just not good at payroll" (thanks Nate -- would love to have known that before hiring)--but I could have worked through the pain and awkwardness of that if he knew how to do taxes. But nope. Nate didn't file forms at all in some cases, and those he did file had wrong information and/or were submitted incorrectly. I kid you not, I literally opened a letter today (it's October 2021) with ANOTHER problem generated by his work in 2019 which will result in more penalties.With this latest bill, I think I'm really close to paying the IRS more in penalties and interest than he charged me to do it all wrong in the first place.
