Penny (the owner) happened to be training employees at the Canby, Oregon store when I arrived. I needed to open a business/personal mailbox and learn about other services available at the store. She was so warm and friendly, yet professional that it made my business transaction very pleasant! In addition, she was extremely patient and respectful to the employee she was training.

The employees are horrible here. Im trying to find out how to contact the manager to complain. I've rarely ever encountered such a hostile, agitated, unpleasant employee as I did this week. Im afraid to say more as he seems like the kind of person to come after you.

The staff went out of there way to try and help me track a package. The Springfield Illinois store wouldn't give me the time of day when I contacted them for more assistance.

Do yourself a favor, save money and the hassle of dealing with inept employees. The gentleman behind the counter had the worst attitude and customer service skills I've ever encountered. Not to mention kept asking intrusive questions, that the post office definitely doesn't inquire about. The price was 10x more then the post office, and the attitude wasn't worth the drive. Next time I'll send it the proper way, through the USPS

I recently dropped off a perishable package for an overnight next day delivery costing me over $350. The next day I was contacted by the store informing me that the package never made the truck. The person at the counter explain to me that it didn't get put on the truck because of a labeling error. The person at the counter would not allow me to finish my questions was treated rudely and unprofessional. I was told I was given a full refund, but have yet to see it posted back in my banking account. This isn't the first time we received poor service or been treated rudely from the store. We will not be using UPS for any further shipments.

Since the store is under new management/ownership, it has made a complete turnaround. The staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. Happy and helpful. In the past, we did everything possible to avoid this UPS Store. To the point of going to a UPS Store in the next town over, about 25 minutes from our home. So glad that our local store has a new owner/manager. An absolute pleasure doing business with.

There used to be an elderly, crotchet male that used to work at this store and I reported it at least twice
It has been over a year now that we have these delightful young, knowledgeable and energetic people working that actually act like they do like their jobs!!! Thank you!

Great customer service! I was out of the store with my products in four minutes! The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. So thankful for their help today.
