Great experience! Every time I’ve gone in it has been so easy and the staff have been helpful. Most recently I had a large print order and I had to do it through emails and phone calls, the staff were so patient and helpful amidst the chaos. (Especially Cheyenne) would recommend

Once I found it I'll be using this store more. The lady who helped me was beyond helpful and offered to give me access to their wifi as I was troubleshooting my phone which had no internet connection and I needed it to get the address for the place I was sending an Item to and then my internet was back up and running then she suggested a package that had a bunch of bubbles for it to be shipped in and it was at a reasonable price so I went with it.But last but not least the lady told me their hours of operation and I almost hit the floor! Monday thru Friday open til 7pm? And sat and Sunday til5pm?Now who does that now days?bet you can't name one! If I could thus store would get 6 stars!and if you're in Canby just look for Dutch bros when you're done sitting in the big line just look across the parking lot and you'll see the ups store.I only mentioned that because I was driving circles around the area lost I guess and if the maps lady would have just said it's over by Dutch brothers I would have found it much quicker!

The new owner of this location is super shady. I have examples, but, my best advice is watch your bank account, get quotes for services in writing, make sure they give you your copies of any contracts for their boxes and for the love of all that’s good, make sure they give you a receipt for anything done in that store. Even, (and especially) if you deal directly with the new owner.I cancelled my mailbox box before it’s expiry, I went in person and handed my key directly to the new owner herself. Months later I started getting demand emails about renewal fees, and staff members putting the lack of service on the customer. Somehow their owner not letting them know I cancelled AND returned my key already, was our fault.Also, when a box is cancelled they’re required to hold your mail there for 6 months following, nobody told us that and this greedy new owner tried charging us a fee to collect mail that’s accumulated because “we didn’t do a change of address” with USPS, even though USPS and the UPS store customer service people informed us they have to hold the mail for that time frame, even if a change of address is done (which we did do the day after returning our key).We hope this store changes owners again, to someone who cares not only about the community they’re now a part of, but also about being a competent operator. You clearly lack both.
