This place is rude. I came to do deposit forgot to write the account number on the slip but they could of done that but no she had me do it plus wait the line again. They don't even wear name tags so you can't complain on the person

This branch has gone done hill in the last couple months. It used to be such a great bank with friendly people who knew their customers. Weve been with this bank for more than 12 years. The attention to detail has totally deteriorated and the arrogance when mistakes are made by the manager is high. He never takes ownership of his own miss on transactions. He finds ways to cover himself and blame the customer that are so far out it's laughable. Weve had two transactions in the last couple of weeks alone in which he miss applied 1000s of dollars and one even affected our mortgage payment. We have not had these kind of problems the whole time we’ve been at this branch until recently but are being told the old crew made so many mistakes. I'll take the old crew anyday. There are one or two great employees left there. I hope for their sake they can find a new branch to work at.One more thing, the drive thru atm still doesn't deposit cash which makes yet another interaction with having to go in and interact with rude staff.

This is the worst branch ever . They have so much attitude and rudeness I can't believe they are still employed. I was almost going to close all my accounts with them but I thought I would give Oregon City a try. The Oregon City branch was amazing they solved all my issue and were so professionals. If you have a choice I would never use Canby branch again. Look at all the other posts stating the same thing

3 people standing inside with nothing to do and one customer to help. Wanted me to make an appointment to open up a bank account… what happened to the service we used to get. We will have to stop blaming Covid at some point.

Have had several bad experiences here. The employees have horrible communication, resulting in contradicting information from multiple people. There is one teller with amazing customer service, but almost every one else including the manager has an attitude problem. Absolutely rancid vibe and energy.

Drive through atm doesn’t work, doesn’t accept cash deposits. Hasn’t for months. Need to get your machines working properly.

My biggest beef is why aren't you open on Saturdays? You do know that some people have jobs and don't get off until later in the evening during the week day. I'm thinking I'm taking my money out of there and going someplace else?

They lock cards and put them as fraudulent without contacting you first and without seeing what was out of the ordinary and than will leave you hanging saying they can’t do anything for you

I have had my personal and business accounts at this branch for over 20 years. I was exploring the least expensive way to get money to an international vendor and was told the bank fee was $50. I explained to the manager, Jorge Martinez, who did the wire, that I was wiring the funds to save the $200 bank fee associated with using my card. I found out TOO LATE that the bank pads the conversion rate to make money...so my costs ended up more than twice what I was trying to avoid in the first place! Transparency definition at this bank seems to be "as long as the customer doesn't figure out, all is good!" It never even occurred to me that they would do something like this without disclosing it, but they did. They do SMILE while they take your money here, but they are snakes. If you are going to wire money, it will cost you more than you think! Extremely disappointed.
