Both employee's were great, Michael sold me a new Galaxy S24 and a new unlimited plan for $10 more than I was paying a month already. I'm extremely happy with my purchase today. Also saved me money with a coupon for a charger.

This team seems to really know what they're doing. Michael is phenomenal... he took the time on a very busy day to make sure I was set up right, and that means a lot. Left the store with my same old number working on a brand new phone that works flawlessly, plus a tracker for my car. Saving a ton of money. 10/10 for these guys.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our phones and open a small business account. We stopped in at our local Verizon store and asked the basic questions. With our business information in hand, we were able to close our old accounts, open a new small business service, upgrade both our phones, and save money overall. Outstanding offerings and excellent staff at the Canby location (Michael & Mac). Thank you!

Went in to do numerous things. Mac was awesome! So knowledgeable and helpful. Got a new iPhone for husband, added him to account, found things I didn’t need on my iPhone, found double billing of some. I will not go to any other store again!

Process to upgrade to a new phone was fairly simple and painless. Staff was great but store has limited supply of devices and it was hot that day and the AC wouldn't turn on for some reason despite staff attempts to do so. Better than the experience my SO had at tje local ATT store.

I was able to make an appointment and everything went very smooth. Adam helped me get my new phone and he explained everything efficiently and if I asked him to explain in more detail he was very patient.

Chris was great! He was super helpful and kept a calm cool demeanor even with multiple people waiting impatiently in line! I can’t imagine being the only employee to talk multiple people through new phones, billing and technology. He was great!
