I arrived at Walgreens at 5:52 was in line at 5:55. The woman in front of me took long enough that the pharmacy closed and I was told I would have to come back Monday because the pharmacist doesn’t get paid after 6 PM. I understand shortages and I understand Protocol but to have somebody standing in line the person in front takes a little bit longer and you tell somebody that they can’t get their medication even though they were on time is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. There was no consideration no I’m sorry you were in line. Let me get your prescription. I didn’t need to speak to the pharmacist. I just needed a medication. My daughter has been taking for two years now and is out and now I have to wait until Monday to get it for her.I will be switching my medication to another pharmacy. This is ridiculous. Worst customer service ever.

Never had an issue. Kind folks doing their best and always pleasant. Pharmacy tech is lovely and helpful. The staff works very hard and keeps a clean and organized store. Staffing issues have affected the store and pharmacy hours, so be aware of closures. Be patient!

Pharmacy to partial prescriptions filled to reduced hours, closed Sunday, no inventory on hand, come back tomorrow and stand in line again (40 minutes plus) to hear about a new Walgreens software update...please, save us and simply close the Canby store just like Rite Aid...

The pharmacy should stay open the hours that they say. Because some people can't always get there earlier in the day. Then close early on Saturday when people have time to get there

Horrible horrible … do not order from their pharmacy!! Was on call waiting 3 hours and finally hung up. Go anywhere except here for prescriptions!

Tried to get pics..they were printed horribly and tried to get them redone. I paid for them they took them back to redo. Then I got an email saying they were ready...not only were they not ready but said they had not redone them and lost the photos
I paid for photos I did not get and they told me it was my fault. NEVER will get photos from them ever again.

Worst place ever. Long lines, them when stepping up to the window the first response to most people is "We don't have a prescription for you". Then when they check again it is usually "It isn't ready yet" and they have you take a seat and wait. Then you have to get back in the line after hearing your name called over the loudspeaker saying the prescription is ready. This happened at least 3 times while I was sitting there. Try anyplace else because this pharmacy has no idea what good customer service is.

Horrible service. Worst pharmacy ever. Their drive through is constantly closed which is a huge problem for people with disabilities. The staff is incredibly short fused and ill-tempered everytime I deal with them. The whole place closes for lunch??? The whole pharmacy is closed on lunch when I have a break to come through and get my scripts? What is this? This location seriously needs upper management to take a look and clean house. Or... maybe its upper management that's the problem? No matter, Walgreens has lost my business for life. Won't use them ever again and will encourage everyone I know and meet to go elsewhere. People who are sick and need medications should be treated with care & compassion...not like animals.

Went for a vaccine, and while some of the staff was perfectly nice, one of the techs (a woman with silver hair in a high ponytail) was....just so incredibly rude, treated me like I was an idiot for asking for something *I know they do* very aggressively argued with me without an explanation before litterally flouncing and demanding another staff member tell me I was wrong only to have them look at her and say "oh, no she can absolutely do that". If I hadn't pressed it I would have left without my vaccinations.She shouldn't be working with customers maybe theres something in the back they cab have her do, but from the other reviews im seeing on here shes not just having a bad day.

There curbside service needs lots of help. Orders never done or the just cancel them. I've called to cancel a couple because it was a few hours and it wasn't filled.
