Pharmacy to partial prescriptions filled to reduced hours, closed Sunday, no inventory on hand, come back tomorrow and stand in line again (40 minutes plus) to hear about a new Walgreens software update...please, save us and simply close the Canby store just like Rite Aid...

Worst place ever. Long lines, them when stepping up to the window the first response to most people is "We don't have a prescription for you". Then when they check again it is usually "It isn't ready yet" and they have you take a seat and wait. Then you have to get back in the line after hearing your name called over the loudspeaker saying the prescription is ready. This happened at least 3 times while I was sitting there. Try anyplace else because this pharmacy has no idea what good customer service is.

Went for a vaccine, and while some of the staff was perfectly nice, one of the techs (a woman with silver hair in a high ponytail) was....just so incredibly rude, treated me like I was an idiot for asking for something *I know they do* very aggressively argued with me without an explanation before litterally flouncing and demanding another staff member tell me I was wrong only to have them look at her and say "oh, no she can absolutely do that". If I hadn't pressed it I would have left without my vaccinations.She shouldn't be working with customers maybe theres something in the back they cab have her do, but from the other reviews im seeing on here shes not just having a bad day.

There curbside service needs lots of help. Orders never done or the just cancel them. I've called to cancel a couple because it was a few hours and it wasn't filled.

There is one particular employee that worksthe register on Sunday morning. She has no concept of good customer service and likes to state the obvious and talk down to her customers. A very frustrating experience for a retail store.

Third time trying to get help from the pharmacy tech who’s name starts with a T. First two times were during COVID so I assumed she was overworked and stressed. Her attitude was so rude that I recognized her as soon as I walked up to the counter to ask a question. I stood there for a few moments waiting as she worked at her computer screen. No acknowledgement of my standing there. She did eventually say can I help you but never took her eyes from the computer screen. Never looked at me. I asked my question (do you carry this item) about a product I was looking for and she barely let me finish before she said no. Again, never bothering to look at me. So, in writing this I’ve changed my mind about not giving her name. It’s Tracey. Tracey should not work with customers. Didn’t anyone tell she’d have to interact with the public when she interviewed for the job??

The pharmacy is extremely unprofessional when it closes their drive up with people in it 10 minutes before it is to close. You pull up the a screen pulled down and no one! Work ethic in this state is one of the worst!

This location is due for a massive renovation, and it's showing staffing issues, staff fatigue and excessive wear-and that's putting it nicely!

The staff is always really nice. However, multiple times now when my husband or I try pick up a prescription, their system is down, internet is broken, or some other issue going on, making it so that we can’t get our prescriptions. I’m not sure why this pharmacy has issues so often. There should be some kind of a back up plan for system issues, since people take medications that could be dangerous to miss a dose.

Their pharmacy is often closed without a pharmacist even during normal business hours. It is extremely frustrating as it happens all the time.

When I lived in Oregon I loved going to this store and I knew one of the staff that worked there. And Walgreens is always going to be a fun place for me to shop.

The worst. I just moved to town and had my prescriptions sent to this Walgreens a month ago. They called and said they were ready. When I got there they said they ran out of one of them and couldn't get it filled for three days. I asked how does that happen? You knew for a month. They said a new patient could come in and get all they had on hand without waiting their turn.
