Ordered a gift card offered for my rewards points, it arrived and had nothing on it 8 could use, I specially ordered one with lowes on it! Warning no refund, no customer service, (steve) was rude and and said it was my fault! Read the fine print no refunds. Didn't care what so ever. I will never do the gift card again$250 . Better off making a payment on my account. Do not get gift cards

Wells Fargo stole $90.00 from me. I went in and talked with the manager and she told me to contact customer service. I kicked it all the way up the chain and no one could tell me why they took $90.00 out of my account. Plus, they would never give it back because they had no idea why it was taken. I closed my account and went to a local credit union. Way better service.

Today unfortunately I made a mistake not realizing that they Wells Fargo Bank was open today. My reason for being in Canby today was to attend one of their biggest fundraisers cruise-ins of the year. I was very shocked to find out when I return to my car that has been towed. This seems like an extremely negative way to be involved with such a large community event, and I think Wells Fargo should rethink their policies in the future. Definitely not the best way to retain and grow customers. A future US bank customer.
