“Beautiful gallery with various types of artwork and a wide range of price points, making it accessible to many. We bought three floats for much less than it would have cost us in Lincoln City. This allowed us to stay in Cannon Beach for another day and enjoy the sights, and when we come back to visit again, this gallery will be a definite stop for more floats and glass art.”

“Our painting session at House of Orange with Susan Curington was truly an unforgettable experience.
My husband surprised me by taking me and my girls to House of Orange, and I have to admit, I was a little intimidated at first. I had absolutely no experience or knowledge of painting and wasn’t sure what to expect.
From the moment we walked in, Ginger, the owner, was so warm and welcoming. She made us feel completely at home and created such a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Susan Curington is an amazing artist and an exceptional teacher. She was so down-to-earth and took the time to connect with each one of us individually, meeting us at our own level while somehow bringing out the best in each of us. She was calm, patient, and laid-back, which made the entire experience feel effortless and incredibly joyful.
She taught us different techniques and little shortcuts that made painting feel approachable and fun, and she genuinely sparked an interest in painting.
It was such a special experience to share with my girls, and I only wish we could have had more sessions with Susan. She is not only incredibly talented, but also a wonderful teacher who makes you feel capable and inspired.”

“Love this place they have lots of local artists real artists real talented people all different types. I especially enjoyed speaking with Scott Johnson. His amazing watercolors were so unique. I actually thought they Were painted on metal, but it was just paper very unique style. It’s a perfect location right downtown very easy to get to. He also stayed open past closing time and didn’t rush us out of there. This place will definitely be a regular stop. Next time we come to visit.”
“Incredible unedited photography that is truly amazing to see. The artist and staff share their secrets, even the ones that it took years of taking the same picture of the same object to get it right. They offer classes as well. In these days of Photoshop and AI, it is super refreshing to see and purchase true art from camera to substrate.”

“we visited the gallery in July holiday weekend. As soon as we walked in, the place felt so quiet and peaceful, black and white contrast to the noise and crowd outside. Almost like stepped into a secret oasis. Mr. Greaver was extremely kind and nice, introduced a lot of his work to us and spent the time to tell us the stories behind his work. We bought a piece of painting of the Haystack Rock, love it very much.”

“Went here for the first time this past weekend even though we frequent Cannon Beach 1-2 times a year. It’s a great little shop with really cool glass work, including squid, octopuses, and whales, which are all fantastic but a little out of my price range.
They were making a glass piece while we were there, and they gave updates as to what and how they were doing things in the process, which was interesting.
We ended up getting a multi-color vase that we look forward to showing in our family room. While it was being packed up we learned how it was made, which adds to the entire experience and lets us have a story to go along with the hand-made art!
Would definitely go back to look at what they have, and maybe even pick up a thing or two that caught our eye.”

The owner is extremely knowledgeable about these curated pieces and loves to share the background about the artists. Truly I do not visit Cannon Beach without stopping in on this gallery. Photography extraordinary, blown glass, carvings and so much more. Even the door to enter the gall are works of art. Put this on your list if you have not visited yet. Support local art!”

“One of the last remaining truly “independent” artists in a now gentrified cannon beach. It’s a precious stronghold of the art town culture that Cannon Beach had in the 80s and 90s, and it stands out as a truly unique and beautiful installment on
