Went here for some surf lessons with Mutah. Super nice guy ! Had a great time surfing with him . He was friendly and knowledgeable. Well definitely be coming back for more lessons / surfing

Matua, the owner, went above and beyond for my friend’s and my surf lesson. The hospitality in his shop is incredibly warm and heart-centered. You can truly feel the love, knowledge, and joy that fill the space the moment you walk through the door. Thank you so much for everything, we can't wait to come back!

If you are looking to get a surfing lesson, this is not the place. Don’t waste your time. The instructor rescheduled my lesson 3 times and showed up 30 minutes late. They are good for gear rental that’s about it. Also their website is apparently nonfunctional. So if you tried to contact them via email for a lesson and didn’t get a response this is why.

Website let us reserve a beach wheelchair but we were turned away when we went to claim it. They do not have them. They told us to go to a different town. Store knows this is an issue and refuses to fix it. J*** move to bait disabled people.

We booked a beach wheelchair to rent for my grandma and come to find out they do not exist. Extremely disappointed that we were able to completely reserve everything online and was never once told that they are not available at all. We had this trip planned for over a year and rushed every activity we had planned for that day to make it to our reservation for this beach wheel chair in Cannon Beach. Overall disappointed. Extremely unfair to those that travel a long distance and was expecting to be able to get on the beach themselves even being disabled. I truly wish we would have had a heads up about this matter.

The owner is the best! Goes above and beyond to outfit his customers with all their needs. Super flexible, low-key, great prices, super cool shop! Not pretentious like some of the other shops around.

The staff member/owner (not sure) was very helpful and gave a lot of tips for me as a new surfer. I'd definitely come back here for lessons in the future.

Super flexible, cool and great teaching skills. We had so much fun, feeling also safe. Quick introduction on the beach and then right into the ocean ?. We recommend Gabe 100%!!!

What an awesome experience... I stumbled into Bahama Boards while in Cannon Beach. I was looking for a place that offered surf lessons and I'm glad I came here first. Gabe was phenomenal and offered an experience like no other. I've never surfed, but am quite athletic and Gabe read into this. We went straight for it... into the ocean, for a real surfing experience. I wasn't full-blown surfing, but I feel confident that what I learned will actually allow me to go out on my own and catch a real wave. No matter your skill level or age, I feel that Gabe will point you in the right direction... and you will have a blast doing it!

Wow, what an amazing experience! We rented surfboards last minute and got an amazing 2 hour surfing lesson for a great price. Gabe was an amazing teacher and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. This really made our trip out here. Thanks so much!

Bahama boards is a must! It’s an awesome little shop and the customer service is genuine and outstanding. We stopped in to check out surfboards and gear rentals and got even more than we expected. We got surf lessons and gear at a great price and Gabe was an outstanding teacher. The experience was authentic and absolutely priceless. Beautiful beach and lovely lovely people. We will definitely be coming back thank you guys for an awesome experience that really topped off our trip!
