Ordered online from them a few times and they are awesome. For my last order, it came with a quick postcard note from the owner and two Starburst. I mean, come on, if that doesn't make you want to shop with them, then I don't know what to tell ya.

Very awesome and nice people. If I surfed, I would by my gear here. They gave my van a jump and let us use the facilities despite not being a paying customer. Good people still exist.
