Stopped in while in Cannon Beach and loved the beautiful stained glass, architecture and beautifully designed space. It is a gorgeous bank! Oh, and the customer service was excellent!As soon as I entered I was greeted. Not sure if the protocol for signing checks during this pandemic, the service rep told me I didn't need to fill out a deposit form. I showed her my identification, she gave me the cash and I was on my way. We chatted a bit about the stained glass windows out front and up by the. Wiling. She explained they are from a local artist who has a shop in Cannon Beach. Centrally located on the walking path of the beautiful shops, boutiques, and restaurants and with their own private Parking lot and ATM on the porch, all of my needs were met. Thanks for the friendly and informative service!

Monday morning at 11:00, walked in to do my banking . I was the only customer stood waiting to be helped there was six employees working not a hello or can I help you. They were all doing their own thing. I waited until a lady walked in from the back to help me. Need to be friendly to your customers.

Theres a complete lack of acceptance as well as there acceptance throughout the forms of legal tender forthright to the U.C.C... Which could create a unique breach of Uberrima fides in commerce, an a breach of public trust within fair dealings & in the acceptance and performance of the acts committed in violation of commercial code thats not to hard to find being sui juris, an living bona fide

Jason from the Cannon Beach US Bank location was very helpful in explaining my account balance in regards to my funds availability and told me he could make my deposit available a day early and then called me right back to let me know that he was able to make it available to me right away without my asking. Thank you Jason!
