“we have a 1974 Gmc Motorhome that has been restored. We were on a rolling rally from Washington to Oregon for 10 days and when I was trying to leave Canyonville, the battery died and the alternator was not charging. I jumped it and went to the Napa auto parts store. I replaced the part that was partially causing it. There was a combination of issues that caused it.
Bob from Hytech Auto Repair dropped what he was doing, came to Napa, Did a quick fix to get the coach started, took us to his shop charged the dead battery, diagnosed the problem, fixed it as well as rewiring a boost solenoid, and got me back on the road. Many shops would’ve sold me a new alternator, which was not in stock at Napa and would’ve required a two day wait. He charged an extremely reasonable rate too.
We have great appreciation for them and would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Most unfortunately as we were traveling through Oregon in late June, 2003 we had a serpentine belt/mechanical issue with our Mercedes Sprinter RV and, after calling AAA, Bill was assigned and came to our rescue in as timely manner as possible for a long haul to a dealership.
