Wow! I have been putting off getting bloodwork for YEARS because I was so afraid and had such negative experiences in the past. Samantha is a magical phlebotomy fairy. She was so patient, understanding, kind, fun and GREAT at her job it made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you Samantha, you're the coolest!

If my Dr. would get the order over to you it would be great, this was the third time in a row that this has happened. The order only has to be faxed, emailed, or hand carried 20 feet and delivered in person.

$400 was taken from my purse while I was getting a test done at this premises. Be careful keep your purse and your property with you. They refused to answer my calls. Find another company to have your test done.

Made appointment through phone for 6/12/23 @11:30am. I drove 50miles and showed up 40mins early and waited until my appointment time. However, when the tech called me he then told me they have different hours for that certain type of testing and I should come back after 1pm that day or reschedule it. And he admitted that their system is messed up. Poor costumer service and system needs cleaning.

Shawna is the best phlebotomist i've ever had and that's saying a lot. I'm 71 and have had some bad experiences but she makes it as painless as possible and has a wonderful personality.

I saw a post that said 3 months ago nobody could get through on the phones and guess what I need to cancel my appointment and I can't get through on the phone it's just a recording that record over and over and over I'm leaving my review for Quest Diagnostics they've shut down their phone so you can't cancel my appointment
