We always appreciate the swift nature of communication and readiness of wine to be picked up. However, Customer Service needs improvement. Lisa responds to simple clarification emails with condescension and irritability. As a customer service professional and as a long standing customer, I expected different treatment. I look forward to improvements ahead as I know they are capable and its pertains to the values of the monks at the Abbey. I hope to write a 5 star review soon.
