I went here with a group for a bday celebration. It was such a cool/fun experience. It was educational and truly one of a kind. The woman who led the tasting tour (sorry I don’t remember your name!) truly cared about the winery and all that went into the wines. It showed that she put so much effort into the tasting. Will be going back!

Amazing wine, amazing winery and vineyard. The tour is worth every penny. Can't go wrong with a trip out to Abbot Claim.

Breathtaking winery with rolling hills and a modern tasting house. I especially loved the doors. I had a fabulous time in the cellar for a tasting. Our sommelier was Lelanea, she created a creative, fun, poetic and yet informative wine experience. From start to finish I was very impressed with the wine and overall experience. I will definitely go back.

Wine was good but very pricey and the hostess was rather pretentious and off putting. Be warned for your $75 the food you receive is one bite with a touch of caviar.

Lovely time with the lady from Yorkshire. Orientate and Far North were our favourite wines. Also, gorgeous tasting room. The caviar ending was a treat! Slightly experience wine tasting though, even after spending $400+ on wine.

Wonderful experience tasting beautiful expressive wines, all while enjoying a phenomenal state of the art facility with a genuine feel of what a Oregon winery should represent.

This is Oregon wine countries best kept secret!! The outside is built from a TON of gorgeous wood, and one can only guess how much that cost with what wood prices are now - but it's still under-stated. Then you enter the building and go into the tunnel (a wine cave)...and is that ever beautiful! The wines were lovely but what stood out is the caviar we were treated to. Well, me; my friend is a vegan so they gave him tofu. I had never had caviar and was always a bit reluctant - but with the beautiful wines, I knew I had to try it. I definitely felt spoiled and want others to know about this gem!

Abbott Claim is a newer winery in the area! It's architecture, wine and wine cave is amazing and definitely worth a visit! Abbott Claim is named after John F. Abbott, who pioneered to Oregon over 170 years ago and settled on the land where the winery and vineyards now sit. The label on the wine bottles is a sketch of Abbott's original land claim. The architecture of the winery is amazing! The main winery building is made of wood and it's curves were built to represent the curvature of the earth. The winery also has a cement cave in the shape of a semicircle and it's absolutely stunning. We had our tasting in the wine cave and it was a fantastic setting and a change of pace from the other wineries in the area. Chris led us through the tasting of 2 types of Chardonnay and 3 types of Pinot Noirs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. During the tasting, Chris made a delicious snack with brioche, caviar and cured egg yolk. It was my first time having caviar, but it was delicious. The five wines we tasted were from 2018 and need to be lied down for a few years, but they were great! I'd be very curious to try them after they've aged for a few more years. If you haven't been to Abbott Claim, it's definitely worth a visit! Be sure to call ahead as you'll need a reservation to visit and taste at Abbott Claim!

Helped Iban, Mike, Sarah, and Morgan process Pinot Noir grapes and had a great time. Iban was happy to give me a tour of the facility and explain the wine making process. Beautiful new facility located on stunning grounds. Looking forward to helping out again.

Stumbled upon this new winery right after the construction was completed and met the manager - Andrew. He gave a little history on the vineyard and invited us back for a tasting once they opened. These pictures are from our private tasting and tour to celebrate my cousin's birthday. This location is absolutely beautiful and Andrew is an exceptional host that definitely enjoys what he is doing. He explained the background of each wine we sampled along with what we would smell and flavors we would taste. I have been back several times since my amazing discovery of this winery and plan on many more visits.

The experience was one that is far above any other I've been to, exspecialy in Oregon. This is a tour everyone should have. Andrew was very informative and enjoyable. Along with wine, there is a food pairing with a great caviar. The building is a work of art also, reminds me of timber framing. All-in-All, 10 ?.

Remarkable experience from start to finish! Wines are incredible, location is pristine, building is inspired, and the hospitality is top notch. Big and exciting things are brewing here. We feel fortunate to have found a new favorite spot in the Willamette Valley!
