“I frequently use the McMinnville Staples for printing. They are always quick and call me if there are any problems with the documents I’m having printed. I recently placed a large print order for work. When I didn’t receive a call that the order was ready by the time it was supposed to be, I gave them a call. Their online ordering system had a glitch and the order didn’t show up on their side of things (it happens!) . Dylan and Rebecca stayed late after the store closed to print my order so I could get it that day. I’m so appreciative of them!”

“We visited Dayton in the summer of 2025 for 2 months and did not have a mailbox for mail delivery at our Airbnb. Consequently, we had to go to the post office 2-3 times a week to get our mail. Everyone who works there has been absolutely marvelous! They are friendly, kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make every interaction a positive one. When we were ready to leave and still had 2 packages that had not arrived they were very reassuring and told us that they would make sure that the mail was forwarded on to us. And, as one reviewed commented, there is hardly ever a line that you have to wait in. Love this PO!”

“Spoke with Keith, supervisor, at McMinnville usps about my missing package. He sent some paperwork to the person delivering to my area to search & try to locate the key that wasn't put into my box. “I walk using a walker so the first thing I notice about a business is if the door or doors are heavy or lite and kudos goes to this United States Post Office because their doors were nice and lite to go through. The place was closed but it was medium sized and clean and it had plenty of Po Boxes.”
