Matt has been great to work with, I’ve taken my old ford ranger to him twice now on short notice and he’s been kind enough to help me out! I’ve learned a bunch, truck is running great, price is fair, and he won’t charge for work that doesn’t need to be done, just gets right to the heart of the matter. He’s the best, and it feels good to support a small business and fellow animal lover too!

These mechanics definitely know what they are doing. Helped me get a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle i was interested in located in oregon, while i was in texas. They helped me avoid a problematic vehicle and saved me money. Definitely recommend these guys

Very Happy with Matt's work. He was so helpful! Fixed my service engine soon light problem, recommended me to a shop for my transmission and suspension and called ahead to tell them info on my truck. Who does that kind of service anymore? Outstanding! He has my business from now on. Matt did a great job explaining everything to me and patiently answering my questions. He didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need.Very honest and reasonable with his prices. You wont get that a dealership!And his helper Scruffy is an adorable dog!Services: General repairs & maintenance

WOW! How about a thousand stars for this man.I was driving in from Portland and had a flat in Carlton...called another place and the man who answered said...nope. don't do that. Don't know anyone. Good luck and hung up.Found Matt's listing, called and he said he'd be right there to help.Within 10 minutes Matt was there. Not only did he change out my flat but he realized that for brand new tires, I had a front end alignment problem...not just a flat tire.He stated I needed to get it checked out ASAP.He followed me to Carlton Corners and noticed that the spare tire needed air and promptly put some in.I was extremely grateful for his courtesies and concern.As a travel nurse, I drive up to 1 hour to arrive at work and back 1 hour....night shifts... thus his insight and knowledge vs blowing me off and just changing a tire saved me much more than another tire.I am deeply thankful that it was Matt who arrive.100% honest and trustworthy.

I would give this place a f****** zero the owner Jake f***** up our car to the point Honda had to fix the entire thing!!!! Hondas owner said he'll never work with them again because all the cars he brought there were worse then when they were bought to west valley auto repair never go there !

Phenomenal service! I was awake at 7AM calling every auto shop I could so I could fix my breaks. No luck. I called Auto Valley Repair. Jake worked out a time for me to come in. And I was given a very fair price. I was given updates, I got my car done before work. 10/10 service. I will be returning next time I need car service. -Michael

Excellent service!!!Had Matt out this morning to replace a window regulator on my escalade.Had a wonderful chat, got the job done quickly and now I have a working window again! Thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Will absolutely hire again and highly recommend!
