Lot of trains all day all night lots of horns. Far from any thing plenty of big puddle when it rains. Hard to sleep others have trains but not like this.

Beautiful and clean the smell of pine in the morning was the best. Friendly kind staff. We need to stay a couple of hours longer than check out. they had our spot reserved for another rv. But they let us move to another spot tell we were able to leave. Their is a train close by bring ear plugs or they have some for free in their shop.

The good: Well cared for KOA and inexpensive. Shady with level paved spots. The pool and hot tub looked as though it had been closed for awhile. The bad: The main Columbia Gorge railroad tracks are right next by and there's a couple of crossings near by. So, on an average of once or twice every couple of hours, the freight trains rumble by and blow their horns for the crossings. If you can get past that (we managed) this KOA is very nice and the cheapest you'll probably ever see these days. LOL, they even have free ear plugs available in the check in office.

I had a great time. I stay 2 days in spot 27. It is a tent site. My jeep with a rooftop tent was a perfect fit. The fire ring was concrete with a grate. picnic table was well maintained. The nights were very quiet and peaceful. there is a train the host warned me about, and I did hear it. The train did not bother me. I had woods on 2 sides of me, and the next camp spot was far enough away to make it feel secluded. I would definitely stay in the same spot. The showers were clean and hot. The Sasquatch gift shop was great. The front desk host was very informative and cordial. Thank you for a great camp.

Great location! 45 minutes from Portland. The whole place is shaded. Just a short walk from the lake. All of the staff was amazing and cared so much about the upkeep of the grounds and the experience of the campers. Huge shout out to Cedrick. From day one he introduced himself and was always great to talk to. He really wanted everyone to have fun and be happy.

A very well kept and clean KOA. Train runs right behind the campground but this isn't unusual for a KOA. Store was well stocked with grocery items, souvenirs and clothes. We arrived after hours and our cabin location was well marked. However no store hours were posted on the maps nor was the info regarding the locks on the restrooms. I found out later there was no code to them but would have been nice to have know. Hosts were very nice and when I asked them to turn off the ceiling fan because I couldn't reach the pull chain they came right over to my cabin. Would definitely stay there again!!Rooms: Cabins were very clean and comfortable.

BEWARE! It’s cheap but for a reason. We were really looking forward to our stay here because of our long road trip and all we got was a sleepless night. Everyone is crammed into tiny spaces right next to each other. We had have a family with one toddler and an infant screaming until well after 11pm. The pool was closed and not accessible even with temperatures well into the upper 80’s. On the website it states they have a sauna. We did not find one. We were put right next to a busy road with large trucks driving by most the night and you can hear constant noise from the nearby highway. There’s also a train tracks right on the other side of the campground. We will never stay here again nor recommend this KOA.

I was traveling through one very hot day with my pets so I needed air-conditioning. The fact that they had a pool was a nice plus but it was usually full of kids so I never got to use it. Like any KOA the sites are pretty close together, but it has good Wi-Fi, full hook ups, a little dog park. if you’re looking for somewhere with amenities to sleep, this is fine. If you’re looking for a relaxing private place to camp this is not. Everyone was very nice and it was well maintained. The surrounding neighborhoods are lovely refuge for a nice walks with a River views. Put your dog inside

Mooie, goed verzorgde camping. Veel schaduw! Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek Columbian River Gorge en watervallen (Multnomah Falls). Direct naast de campground loopt een spoorlijn, regelmatig komt een trein luid toeterend voorbij, ook 's nachts.

We were having our roadtrip from LA to Seattle, and using KOA most of our trip, so far this place is so small for a tent. Especially from space 9-14. Not much of privacy. You're trying to enjoy the fire pit with your kids but you're neighbor is doing it too like 5-10 steps away if im not mistaken. So far this place is close to Multnomah falls and beautiful view of Columbia River. And I tried to eat the wildberries that I saw on our short hike.

Clean bathrooms and showers! We stayed in a tent site near the forested area. I highly recommend requesting a spot near forest rather than right by the road (where we were first assigned).Pool was great. Store was awesome to have on site.We were disappointed the ladder golf set was not available despite it being advertised on the website. The front desk people told me it was broken and they haven't had it available all season. We were really looking forward to playing with it, so to hear it wasn't being fixed or replaced was rather a let down.Dog park was tiny but helpful to have around.Nearby activities: Easyclimb trail is nearby!

We rented a back in camp site. The bathrooms and showers were clean. Hook ups worked. Our site was mostly flat. Camp table was a flimsy metal one and not a regular wood table. Also the pool was dirty. Be prepared for train noise.Overall, it's a good KOA and I would return.

I love this KOA. The bathrooms and pool were nice and clean, and the cabins were cozy and cute. Only issue was that the cabins get super hot at night during the summer, so bring a little fan if you need to sleep cool.Safe and cozy, and easy drive from Hood River… Cascade Locks is such a cute small town, and we will be returning to this KOA next time we go!Safety: Nice and safe.

First off, if you’re here in the summer, it’s dusty as heck. The service is fine, I would also improve the cabin cleaning. They don’t mop so it gets really dusty in the cabin. They also have tons of bugs. The bathrooms got an upgrade finally My least favorite thing is the Wi-Fi. It has horrible range, you have to be right at the lodge for it to be good. If you want to work from home, it’s impossible without Mobile data. Otherwise the pool, bikes and playgrounds are fine.Safety: The bikes are an danger if you turn too sharply. Otherwise it’s not your fault.
