The owner & manager are fantastic, and the people are sweet. They have everything you could need for a day trip to the Gorge, but also carry all the staples to keep local residents stocked up. Love this market

Store clerks are always friendly and polite: 5 stars for the staff! But that's where it ends. The general manager is rude, and as many times as my service animal and I are there to shop, Judah, the General manager, asks me, "Is that a service animal?" After the 4th time, I stated that I am here often. Do you not bother to remember your customers? This is harassment and intentional. Owner Shasheem (phonetically spelled) was very rude to me when he asked about my SERVICE ANIMAL. Management and ownership are rude and disrespectful! Food is out of date, and the whole store needs an audit by the Oregon health department. Not to mention the obvious price gouging!
So 5 stars for the clerks! NOT Management.

Just stopped in this market today, a busy Sunday on Memorial Day week-end. The store was very low on most of their inventory and was actually selling past dated holiday items (Halloween and Christmas).
This store could have offered more snacks and specialty foods since it's in tge heart of a tourist area. Plus tge outside needed painting. Too bad as it's the only grocery store in that small town.

What's on a day trip with a friend of mine and we stopped in Cascade locks need something to munch on so we went in there we didn't realize that it was like 2 minutes before closing and one of the clerks came up and told us that but told us not to rush not to hurry it was all good and I thought it was pretty cool the prices are fairly decent considering location

really welcoming and polite. thy make youfeel at home when your shopping. their not annoying. theyll ask you if your finding everything and they will leave you alone till you ask for help. they are doing there best they get treated badly by customers that are just traveling through town. so id say there customer service is pretty damn good.
