Lotus Locks is a peaceful, full service salon. I had a pedicure, which was great. Tiffany is sweet and did a great job. I moved to Cascade Locks 3 months ago and am so pleased to have found Lotus Locks is still in business. I definitely will be a permanent client, and I recommend Lotus Locks for anyone needing salon services. Thank you Tiffany!!

probably a great walk-in place.. but don't make an appointment. I made THREE and never got my nails done. First time I had to reschedule and I called 7 times and no answer and no return phone call. Finally got her and (language barrier) she insisted that I had not called.. we got it rebooked for the following day... I showed up and she insisted it was for a different time (uh no...same time as yesterday) THEN we got it booked AGAIN for the following day and I asked for a hand written card. I showed up the next day and the place was CLOSED!!!!!! I finally caught up with her when she was open and she was unapologetic. NO CARES at all that I had been waiting... no explanation of why she didn't bother to show up. BAD FORM and bad customer service. Again, if you can walk in and get your service you might be ok

I had a pedicure. It was great and the salon is wonderful. Tiffany has a lovely personality. I feel lucky to have found this gem of a place in Cascade Locks. New post! I had a hair appointment which was color and cut. I was unsure what color I wanted, she knew just exactly what was right. She is a treasure in our lovely town of Cascade Locks.
