Absolutely worst place I have ever had taxes done! It is worth the 45 minute drive to have them done right. If you have to do them in CJ I would avoid letting Gracie touch them. She had all of my documents for over a week and when I finally went to Grants Pass to have them done and the H&R Block in Grants Pass had them done within 30 minutes. What a joke gracie kept stringing me along and then refused to answer my phone calls or respond to simple questions if I could put negative Stars I would

6 months and 2 times filed and still no tax refund and it’s all messed up. I would trust anyone other than h and r block in cave junction

I used Ted Crocker last year and everything was fine. This year I gave him my paperwork before March 15th and was told to file an extension. When I checked back 6 weeks later, he hadn't started yet and didn't plan on starting for several more weeks. If I had known that he wasn't going to do anything with them, I wouldn't have brought my taxes to him. Plus he cut his business hours way back to three days a week instead of the six he was originally working. It was convenient to have someone else do my taxes, but not waiting for months when I could've done them myself in that amount of time.

Super helpful. I called them because i was having a problem getting the irs to accept my return through TurboTax. They took the time to suggest a simple fix that worked even though it didn't result in any profit for themselves.
