IDK why this place has soo many 5 star reviews. Maybe friends of the people who work there or the owners or both..I can't say anything about the overall store or any others who work there, but there's one who was sooo soo rude! I've never had such a bad attitude or interaction from anyone from medford to selma since moving here! Im pretty sure i know why..but whatever..it is what it is. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

I didn't want to drive 32 miles to Grants Pass to drop off a return package to Amazon and discovered this place! They do more than just UPS, like fax, notarized paperwork, sell packing supplies, and a whole lot more. Great friendly, helpful staff and easy to find.

The young girl who first worked with me was not very helpful when I needed to return an item. I was going to go someplace else when the manager came up to me and was super helpful. Staff needs to go to management for alternatives when they need a solution to a problem.

It's a shipping site, so limited service.But the owner/manager is really helpful.She also has a print shop, and works on computer problems. Is wireless internet provider. And her husband owns a gun store.
