Pathetic wont even answer the phone. I've been calling all morning just your typical cave junction ignorance last year I lost five packages to it.... I hate that I have to give even one star just to be heard!

Would rate zero if possible. Not once, not twice but on a regular basis my packages get delivered to to the wrong address which then opens my packages.

They tried to deliver my package to the wrong address and failed, and I can't even reschedule the delivery on their site.

I was forced to drive 9 miles to come pick up a package I needed, and when I arrived, I had a line of people waiting. I asked why my package wasn't taken to my PO Box that I paid for, especially if the package from Amazon was addressed there, and told they are very overworked here sorting mail.
What is the point of paying for a mailbox when your mail can't even be sent there? From now on, I'm going paperless, UPS, or Fed-Ex for proper delivery that gets to me, without having to do someone else's job they don't seem to care or want to do. The Postal Service has really gone downhill living in a rural area.

This place is a joke. I hope the postal service gets a rehaul or just shut down entirely. They do such a poor job with everything they do. What a disgrace these people have turned the postal industry into. Absolutely shameful.

This place is trash. They close your mailbox and dont even call you. If packages arrive that day you dont get them until the next day. If they arrive of friday late in the day you dont get them until Monday or even Tuesday. They are the worst!!!!! How hard is it to call someone if they are about to lose their mail? We all have our numbers on file. To hell withthis place and the lazy careless people who work there.

I don't understand why the staff and drivers have to be so rude and so lazy its a really small town things should be getting done right. Not notifying people if package will be late till the end oglf the day you should be notifying people early morning or around noon so they arnt waiting all day for something not to show up. Other people gotta get things done too so if you guys really want more bad reviews please continue with bad service a business should want to have good reviews and their customers happy mad customers equals bad reviews bad reviews equal bad business and if you staff is being rude to customers deal with that person where I work we don't tolerate customers or staff being rude to one another

The young lady who brings us mail needed to deliver a package to my home. Our gate was closed but has a sign asking deliverer to please put packages on the porch. My mail lady parked in front of fence and sign a literally DROPPED my package over the gate onto the muddy driveway , I know this to be true because we saw her do it.The box wasn't even put in a plastic bag which is what they do if it can't be under cover. Luckily our cardboard box was gotten before items inside were ruin. When confronted she just shrugged and drove off..

Usps takes forever and I never get my mail on time. Most of the time they lose it too. Theres only one employee thats actually helpful here is CJ...other than that they all suck at their job. I wish I had the option to boycott them. EVERYONE BOYCOTT USPS
